very prompt pick up at the meeting area. very comfortable bus ride. Tour guide, I think her name was Vivian, and the bus driver was great. so patient and kind. Got to see beautiful sites we wouldn’t have been able to see on our own, because it was very rural. First time using Klook, and I loved it! Very reasonable priced too which is a bonus! Highly recommend!

Jag bokade den här turen främst för att jag ville besöka Kap Kamui, vilket inte är lätt att nå med kollektivtrafik. Att få se det berömda Shakotan-blå på en klar dag var absolut värt priset och den långa resan. Den extra bonusen var att få se Shakotan-kusten, besöka Otaru och stanna till vid Shiroi Koibito Park under samma dag. Som förväntat var tidsschemat ganska tight, men det är förståeligt med tanke på de långa avstånd vi behövde avverka och antalet platser som ingick i resplanen. Vår guide, Cici, var trevlig och hjälpsam. Jag kände dock att turen kunde ha varit mer informativ. Hon gav översättningar på japanska och kinesiska och läste de engelska beskrivningarna från sina anteckningar, men det fanns inte så mycket extra intressant information eller berättande om de platser vi besökte. Lite mer bakgrundsinformation, lokalhistoria eller intressanta fakta hade gjort upplevelsen mer engagerande.

Ett utmärkt val om du vill ha en vacker, flexibel och välorganiserad rundtur som gör att du kan få ut det mesta av en kort tidsram. Starkt rekommenderat för alla som vill ha frihet och variation utan att kompromissa med bekvämligheten.

The itinerary and schedule were satisfactory, and the tour guide arrangements were excellent, speaking both Chinese and English. The guests were happy, and the vehicle seating was comfortable. If the pickup time could be changed to 8:15 AM, allowing guests to enjoy a quick breakfast on their own before boarding, that would be more suitable.

Friendly and helpful guide who managed a multilingual group well. Clear logistics, smooth scheduling, and useful Sapporo food recommendations. Independent tour style with plenty of time to explore.

The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

5-Star Review: The Hokkaido autumn foliage day trip departing from Sapporo truly exceeded our expectations and deserves a big five-star rating! The itinerary was well-arranged and the scenery was breathtaking: the autumn views at Jozankei Dam were simply gorgeous. The Sapporo Hill of the Buddha is a harmonious blend of art and nature. At Takino Suzuran Hillside Park, the cosmos flower fields painted entire hillsides in shades of pink. The water at Lake Shikotsu is crystal clear and azure blue, and the natural landscape was deeply refreshing. Finally, we visited the Shiroi Koibito Park, which was filled with a romantic, fairytale-like atmosphere. Our tour guide, Fukuya, was attentive and provided excellent explanations. The arrangements made by the supplier, Sanyou Kankou Co., Ltd., were very professional, and the timing was managed exceptionally well. Great value for money: Being able to visit these five classic attractions for just over 300 yuan is an absolute steal! This trip perfectly captured the autumn charm of Hokkaido. It was hassle-free, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo! Full marks! 💯🍁✨
