Bardzo punktualny odbiór z miejsca zbiórki. Bardzo komfortowa podróż autobusem. Przewodnik, chyba miała na imię Vivian, i kierowca autobusu byli wspaniali. Tacy cierpliwi i mili. Udało nam się zobaczyć piękne miejsca, których sami nieibyśmy w stanie zobaczyć, ponieważ okolica była bardzo wiejska. Pierwszy raz korzystam z Klook i jestem zachwycona! Bardzo przystępna cena, co jest dodatkowym atutem! Gorąco polecam!

Mainly booked this tour because I wanted to visit Cape Kamui, which is not easy to reach by public transport. Seeing the famous Shakotan Blue on a clear day was absolutely worth the price and the long journey. The added bonus was getting to see the Shakotan Coast, visit Otaru, and stop at Shiroi Koibito Park all in the same day. As expected, the schedule was quite tight, but this is understandable given the long distances we had to cover and the number of places included in the itinerary. Our guide, Cici, was pleasant and helpful. However, I felt the tour could have been more informative. She provided translations in Japanese and Chinese and read the English descriptions from her notes, but there wasn't much additional interesting information or storytelling about the places we visited. A little more background, local history, or interesting facts would have made the experience more engaging.

The itinerary and schedule were satisfactory, and the tour guide arrangements were excellent, speaking both Chinese and English. The guests were happy, and the vehicle seating was comfortable. If the pickup time could be changed to 8:15 AM, allowing guests to enjoy a quick breakfast on their own before boarding, that would be more suitable.

A great choice if you want a beautiful, flexible, and well‑organized tour that lets you make the most out of a short travel window. Highly recommended for anyone who wants freedom and variety without sacrificing convenience.

The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

The itinerary was well-arranged and the scenery was breathtaking: the autumn views at Jozankei Dam were simply gorgeous. The Sapporo Hill of the Buddha is a harmonious blend of art and nature. At Takino Suzuran Hillside Park, the cosmos flower fields painted entire hillsides in shades of pink. The water at Lake Shikotsu is crystal clear and azure blue, and the natural landscape was deeply refreshing. Finally, we visited the Shiroi Koibito Park, which was filled with a romantic, fairytale-like atmosphere. Our tour guide, Fukuya, was attentive and provided excellent explanations. The arrangements made by the supplier, Sanyou Kankou Co., Ltd., were very professional, and the timing was managed exceptionally well. Great value for money: Being able to visit these five classic attractions for just over 300 yuan is an absolute steal! This trip perfectly captured the autumn charm of Hokkaido. It was hassle-free, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo! Full marks! 💯🍁✨
