在klook 上預定,出發前一天下午4點前收到,車牌號碼,領隊的電話,有whatapps or Line 可揀. 由於我們是7月2號出發,有38度的高溫天氣,領隊小李,提醒我們注意小心身體,補充水份,上下車都給我們細心示,最欣賞是旅遊巴內的冷氣十分充足，這兩個地方如果不是自駕,交通會非常不方便,建議大家可以一日遊比較好.

The tour was great! our guide, Leo, took care of all our needs. He gave us brief history of every location we went to which we appreciated a lot. For a full flower bloom experience, suggest to go during middle of summer time. Highly recommend to choose Leo and the ISCC team for a hassle-free and enjoyable trip.

Loved the tour. Our guide, Victoria was very informative as she explained the itinerary of the day, the history of each spot, as well as, tips on what to do and look out for at each attraction in 3 different languages! She was also very clear on the expectations of the tour; adjusted the timing that we spent at each attraction and ensuring everyone is on the bus at specific times. Just note that Cape Samui is quite a hike; so strollers and wheelchairs won’t be able to access 😊

Estava ben planificat i tot va anar sense problemes. El guia era amable i va proporcionar molta informació durant el viatge. Temps suficient a Otaru, però insuficient a la muntanya Moiwa per veure la ciutat il·luminar-se. El més destacat per a mi va ser Otaru i Jozankei!

L'Andy era encantador i ens donava consells sobre què comprar i què no. Vam tenir sort de tenir bon temps durant el recorregut. Va ser un repte acabar la caminada del cap Kamui, però les vistes eren impressionants i gratificants. El túnel de Shakotan també va ser interessant, hi ha una gelateria de gelat suau i una botiga de records. Vam dinar a Otaru, on l'Andy ens va ensenyar un restaurant de marisc molt bo. Després va ser divertit passejar. Shiroi Koibito també va ser fascinant, on es poden fer moltes fotos dignes d'Instagram. Ja és a prop de Sapporo, cosa que va ser genial saber que havíem arribat aviat al punt final.

This trip, we have a wonderful guide, Liza! Not only she is very clear with her instructions to everyone in our group, she has nice voice too. The time allowance for all the stops are sufficient and the entire journey is enjoyable, with beautiful sceneries that we managed to captured in photos. Liza always willingly and ready to help us take nice photos. She also recommended good restaurant for our lunch that served meals quickly and valued for money too! Liza speaks Japanese, Chinese and English, and we are very happy to have Liza as our guide, and she definitely makes our trip more enjoyable and pleasant. We hope to meet Liza again in the near future too, if we come Hokkaido again! We highly recommend this trip! Thank you, Liza🩷

Tot i que era un grup gran, el guia turístic el va gestionar bé i va utilitzar japonès, anglès i xinès indistintament perquè tothom tingués una breu explicació dels llocs on anàvem, així com l'hora de tornada a l'autobús. També va compartir amb nosaltres la seva llista personal de restaurants i bars a Google Maps. Com que hi havia un esdeveniment al Santuari de Hokkaido, vam tenir més temps distribuït per als altres llocs, cosa que va ser fantàstic!
