Zeer snelle ophaalservice op het ontmoetingspunt. Zeer comfortabele busrit. De gids, ik denk dat haar naam Vivian was, en de buschauffeur waren geweldig. Zo geduldig en vriendelijk. We hebben prachtige plekken gezien die we zelf niet hadden kunnen zien, omdat het erg landelijk was. Eerste keer dat ik Klook gebruikte, en ik vond het geweldig! Ook zeer redelijk geprijsd, wat een bonus is! Een absolute aanrader!

Mainly booked this tour because I wanted to visit Cape Kamui, which is not easy to reach by public transport. Seeing the famous Shakotan Blue on a clear day was absolutely worth the price and the long journey. The added bonus was getting to see the Shakotan Coast, visit Otaru, and stop at Shiroi Koibito Park all in the same day. As expected, the schedule was quite tight, but this is understandable given the long distances we had to cover and the number of places included in the itinerary. Our guide, Cici, was pleasant and helpful. However, I felt the tour could have been more informative. She provided translations in Japanese and Chinese and read the English descriptions from her notes, but there wasn't much additional interesting information or storytelling about the places we visited. A little more background, local history, or interesting facts would have made the experience more engaging.

We hebben genoten van deze tour en hadden een geweldige tijd. We hebben Sapporo Bier geprobeerd en zijn ook naar andere toeristische plekken in Sapporo geweest. We willen snel weer terug!

Onze gids Harimoto was erg aardig, behulpzaam en attent! Ze maakte de eerste keer van mijn familie in Hokkaido heel speciaal. Ze was erg flexibel met onze behoeften en vertelde ons tijdens onze lange rit naar onze bestemming leuke weetjes over elke plaats en over Hokkaido. We hebben veel plezier gehad met het verkennen, wandelen en proeven van Japanse kersen!!

De route en het tijdschema waren naar wens, en de gidsen (Chinees en Engels) waren uitstekend. De gasten waren tevreden en de zitplaatsen in het voertuig waren comfortabel. Het zou passender zijn als de ophaaltijd zou worden gewijzigd naar 08:15 uur, zodat gasten zelf een kort ontbijt kunnen nuttigen voordat ze instappen.
