The tour guide, Hide-san, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and well-spoken. He shared a lot about the spots we visited and about Sapporo and Japan in general. He showed great patience and provided the best of service. It also started to rain mid-tour and I appreciated that he had an umbrella.

A great choice if you want a beautiful, flexible, and well‑organized tour that lets you make the most out of a short travel window. Highly recommended for anyone who wants freedom and variety without sacrificing convenience.

Onze gids, Alex, was geweldig en hielp velen van ons met het maken van foto's. Hij deelde ook stukjes informatie over de attracties die we bezochten, zowel in het Engels als in het Chinees. De toegewezen tijden voor elke attractie waren ook precies goed. Voor degenen zonder eigen vervoer was dit het geld zeker waard.

Het was echt een leuke ervaring! Het personeel, van de stylist tot de assistenten, is professioneel en efficiënt! Ze waren ook erg vriendelijk. Ik zou dit de volgende keer graag weer doen!

The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

Deze keer huurden we skikleding en een snowboard, en de ervaring was uitstekend. Het personeel was zeer attent en controleerde zorgvuldig de maten en de details van de uitrusting. Het beste was dat we in het Chinees konden communiceren, wat het huurproces gemakkelijk en snel maakte, zonder ons zorgen te hoeven maken over misverstanden over de terminologie. De uitrusting was ook in uitstekende staat, een absolute aanrader!

Tsutomo-San was an amzing photographer. He made me and my fiance very comfortable with all our photos, and also we got to chose some of the places that we thought of. It was an overall amazing photoshoot and im glad we got him. His english speaking was a plus but his personality was the most amzaing part. Thank you, all love from the island of Guam.
