The tour guide, Hide-san, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and well-spoken. He shared a lot about the spots we visited and about Sapporo and Japan in general. He showed great patience and provided the best of service. It also started to rain mid-tour and I appreciated that he had an umbrella.

Such a cute encounter with the little pigs! The ambiance was great, and the location is convenient since it's inside the mall. You can also stroll around and explore the area afterward.

Our guide, Alex, was great and helped to take photos of many of us. He also shared bits and pieces of information about the attractions we went to in English and Chinese. The timings allocated for each attraction was also just nice. For those without transport, this was worth the money.

We rented snow gear and a snowboard this time, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, carefully checking sizes and equipment details. The best part was being able to communicate in Chinese, which made the rental process easy and quick, so there was no need to worry about misunderstanding technical terms. The equipment was also in great condition. Highly recommended!

The tour was great! our guide, Leo, took care of all our needs. He gave us brief history of every location we went to which we appreciated a lot. Tsutomo-San was an amzing photographer. He made me and my fiance very comfortable with all our photos, and also we got to chose some of the places that we thought of.
