The tour guide, Hide-san, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and well-spoken. He shared a lot about the spots we visited and about Sapporo and Japan in general. He showed great patience and provided the best of service. It also started to rain mid-tour and I appreciated that he had an umbrella.

There are also diverse food introductions and numerous attraction recommendations, allowing you to better understand the city and get closer to the daily lives of locals through casual conversations. We are not prepared at all in the photoshoot because of the lack of time we have but maybe next time we will rent for a kimono for a more japanese vibes. Overall good experience, our photographer Jack-san is very nice and puts an effort to get the attention of our baby. We appreciate that. Thank you.

We rented snow gear and a snowboard this time, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, carefully checking sizes and equipment details. The best part was being able to communicate in Chinese, which made the rental process easy and quick, so there was no need to worry about misunderstanding technical terms. The equipment was also in great condition. Highly recommended!

Tsutomo-San was an amzing photographer. He made me and my fiance very comfortable with all our photos, and also we got to chose some of the places that we thought of. It was an overall amazing photoshoot and im glad we got him. His english speaking was a plus but his personality was the most amzaing part. Thank you, all love from the island of Guam.
