Reisleidster Lucy legde de route, cultuur en geschiedenis van Hokkaido gedetailleerd uit in het Chinees, Engels en Japans. De inhoud was rijk en levendig, en haar toewijding was duidelijk voelbaar, wat de hele reis erg plezierig maakte. De chauffeur had uitstekende rijvaardigheden en wist snelheid en veiligheid perfect te combineren, wat een geruststellend gevoel gaf. Jammer genoeg waren er groepsleden te laat, wat de planning enigszins vertraagde en ertoe leidde dat we uiteindelijk geen blauw ijsje konden kopen. De minibusrit van ongeveer 4 uur heen en terug was vrij lang, waardoor het langdurige zitten wat gevoelloosheid en ongemak in de onderrug en heupen veroorzaakte. Over het algemeen is deze tour nog steeds een goede keuze als je binnen aanzienlijke tijd snel de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving van Furano en Biei wilt ervaren. Een echte aanrader voor wie voor het eerst naar Hokkaido komt en meerdere bezienswaardigheden in één keer wil bezoeken.

Jenny was een geweldige gids, ze gaf heel duidelijke beschrijvingen van de plaatsen die we zagen en haar glimlach was erg vriendelijk. We hadden plezier, met veel te zien en te beleven, we aten veel, want elke plek had een uniek gerecht of dessert. We hebben genoten van onze reis :)

Our tour guide, Hikaru, made this one-day tour of Furano and Biei in Hokkaido absolutely wonderful! The itinerary was well-planned, with plenty of attractions and perfect time allocation, so we never felt rushed. A huge thank you to our guide, Hikaru, for providing such professional and thoughtful service throughout the entire trip! Hikaru's explanations were informative and engaging. During the tour, he vividly introduced us to Hokkaido's history, local customs, and the unique features of each attraction. Upon arriving at each site, he thoughtfully reminded everyone of the restroom locations, showing great attention to detail. The schedule management was excellent; meeting times were clearly communicated, and the driver's smooth and safe driving made the entire experience very seamless. Shikisai no Oka: The rainbow flower fields were incredibly spectacular and visually stunning! Farm Tomita: The fragrant flower fields were so relaxing, and the cantaloupe was incredibly sweet. Blue Pond & Waterfall: The dreamy blue pond water, combined with the surrounding natural scenery, was even more beautiful in person than in photos. In summary, this was a perfect one-day tour with excellent value, saving us the hassle of planning our own transportation. Special thanks to our guide, Hikaru, and the driver for taking such good care of us and creating wonderful memories of our Hokkaido trip. We will definitely book again next time! 👍

A convenient option for visiting Nakafurano and Biei, especially if you’re travelling without a car and want to see several places that can be difficult to reach by public transport. We went during peak flower season, so the crowds were quite heavy and there were long queues for food, drinks, and even the toilets. The time at each stop was limited, but considering how many places were covered in one day, the schedule was understandable. You just have to manage your time well, especially at the larger spots. Overall, a good and convenient way to explore the area without having to arrange transportation yourself.

We had a wonderful experience at Hokkaido Farm! 😊🌸 Our guide Chillin was extremely cheerful, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire trip. She always had a lovely smile and a very positive attitude, which made the tour even more enjoyable! 😄✨ She provided detailed information about each location we visited and explained everything very clearly. Her English was easy to understand, and she guided us patiently throughout the tour. 🥰 Overall, it was a memorable and well-organized experience! 💕 We truly enjoyed the trip and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hokkaido. 🌸🇯🇵😊

Geweldige reiservaring! Prachtige uitzichten gecombineerd met goed weer, en gids Jincheng (Eric) vulde onderweg veel historische en lokale culinaire informatie aan. De service was ook uitstekend, met kleine herinneringen onderweg. De algehele ervaring was fantastisch! Ik zal zeker andere activiteiten proberen als de gelegenheid zich voordoet 👍🏻

I'm very satisfied. Although the weather wasn't great, we visited every attraction. I'm very grateful to our tour guide, Rou Rou, who was incredibly attentive at every step. We were well taken care of throughout the trip, which put us at ease. I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Such a fun trip to Teine! It was a new experience for most of us, and our coach explained everything really well, especially for beginners. The lesson was super helpful, definitely enough to get started and makes me want to try snowboarding again next winter.

I requested a change of date due to my trip schedule change 2 days before the trip. managed to secure a change. good experience. however, the coach has different treatment against me and my friend in the afternoon session due to we picked up a bit slow in the morning. she skipped us for a few techniques and asked us to go down ourselves. luckily we managed to pick up the basic skills after the first slope. overall, the coach should be more patient, and teach all the members regardless the progress.
