Our tour guide, Lucy, provided detailed explanations of Hokkaido's itinerary, culture, and history in Mandarin, English, and Japanese. Her presentation was rich and engaging, and her dedication was evident, making the entire trip very enjoyable. The driver's skills were excellent, balancing speed and safety, which made us feel secure. The only downside was that some group members were late, which delayed the itinerary and ultimately prevented us from buying the blue ice cream. The round-trip minibus journey, lasting about 4 hours, was quite long, and sitting for an extended period left my lower back and hips feeling a bit numb and uncomfortable. Overall, if you want to experience the attractions around Furano and Biei quickly within a limited time, this tour is still a good option. It's especially recommended for first-time visitors to Hokkaido who wish to see multiple sights in one go.

Jenny was a very great tour guide, she gave really clear descriptions of the places we saw and her smile was very kind. We had fun, with a lot to see and enjoy, we ate a lot, because every single spot had an unique food or dessert. We enjoyed our trip :)

Przewodnik HIKARU, jednodniowa wycieczka po Hokkaido, Furano i Biei była fantastyczna! Plan podróży był bardzo rozsądny, z bogactwem atrakcji i idealnym rozłożeniem czasu, bez poczucia pośpiechu. Bardzo dziękujemy naszemu dzisiejszemu przewodnikowi HIKARU za profesjonalną i troskliwą obsługę przez całą podróż! Przewodnik Hikaru opowiadał w sposób bogaty i interesujący, żywo przedstawiając historię Hokkaido, lokalne zwyczaje i cechy poszczególnych atrakcji. Po przybyciu do każdej atrakcji przypominał wszystkim o lokalizacji toalet, dbając o każdy szczegół. Kontrola harmonogramu była doskonała, czas zbiórki był jasno określony, a kierowca jechał płynnie i bezpiecznie, co sprawiło, że cała podróż przebiegła bardzo sprawnie. Shikisai no Oka: Tęczowe pola kwiatów były naprawdę spektakularne i wizualnie imponujące! Farma Tomita: Zapach pól kwiatowych był relaksujący, a melony były naprawdę super słodkie. Błękitny Staw i Wodospad: Fantastyczne, błękitne wody stawu w połączeniu z otaczającym naturalnym krajobrazem wyglądały na żywo jeszcze piękniej niż na zdjęciach. Podsumowując, była to jednodniowa wycieczka o doskonałym stosunku jakości do ceny, która pozwoliła nam uniknąć kłopotów z samodzielnym planowaniem transportu. Szczególne podziękowania dla przewodnika Hikaru i kierowcy za ich opiekę, dzięki której nasza podróż na Hokkaido pozostawiła nam wspaniałe wspomnienia. We had a wonderful experience at Hokkaido Farm! 😊🌸 Our guide Chillin was extremely cheerful, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire trip. She always had a lovely smile and a very positive attitude, which made the tour even more enjoyable! 😄✨ She provided detailed information about each location we visited and explained everything very clearly. Her English was easy to understand, and she guided us patiently throughout the tour. 🥰 Overall, it was a memorable and well-organized experience! 💕 We truly enjoyed the trip and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hokkaido. 🌸🇯🇵😊

A convenient option for visiting Nakafurano and Biei, especially if you’re travelling without a car and want to see several places that can be difficult to reach by public transport. We went during peak flower season, so the crowds were quite heavy and there were long queues for food, drinks, and even the toilets. The time at each stop was limited, but considering how many places were covered in one day, the schedule was understandable. You just have to manage your time well, especially at the larger spots. Overall, a good and convenient way to explore the area without having to arrange transportation yourself.

What a great travel experience! Beautiful scenery paired with good weather, plus our tour guide Jincheng (Eric) provided a lot of historical information and local food recommendations along the way. The service was also excellent, with helpful reminders throughout the trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely try other activities if I get the chance.👍🏻

I'm very satisfied. Although the weather wasn't great, we visited every attraction. I'm very grateful to our tour guide, Rou Rou, who was incredibly attentive at every step. We were well taken care of throughout the trip, which put us at ease. I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Cóż za wspaniała wycieczka do Teine! Dla większości z nas było to nowe doświadczenie, a nasz instruktor wszystko świetnie wytłumaczył, zwłaszcza początkującym. Lekcja była super pomocna, zdecydowanie wystarczająca, żeby zacząć, i sprawia, że chcę spróbować snowboardu ponownie następnej zimy.

I requested a change of date due to my trip schedule change 2 days before the trip. managed to secure a change. good experience. however, the coach has different treatment against me and my friend in the afternoon session due to we picked up a bit slow in the morning. she skipped us for a few techniques and asked us to go down ourselves. luckily we managed to pick up the basic skills after the first slope. overall, the coach should be more patient, and teach all the members regardless the progress.
