Our tour guide, Lucy, provided detailed explanations of Hokkaido's itinerary, culture, and history in Mandarin, English, and Japanese. Her presentation was rich and engaging, and her dedication was evident, making the entire trip very enjoyable. The driver's skills were excellent, balancing speed and safety, which made us feel secure. The only downside was that some group members were late, which delayed the itinerary and ultimately prevented us from buying the blue ice cream. The round-trip minibus journey, lasting about 4 hours, was quite long, and sitting for an extended period left my lower back and hips feeling a bit numb and uncomfortable. Overall, if you want to experience the attractions around Furano and Biei quickly within a limited time, this tour is still a good option. It's especially recommended for first-time visitors to Hokkaido who wish to see multiple sights in one go.

Jenny was a very great tour guide, she gave really clear descriptions of the places we saw and her smile was very kind. We had fun, with a lot to see and enjoy, we ate a lot, because every single spot had an unique food or dessert. We enjoyed our trip :)

A convenient option for visiting Nakafurano and Biei, especially if you’re travelling without a car and want to see several places that can be difficult to reach by public transport. We went during peak flower season, so the crowds were quite heavy and there were long queues for food, drinks, and even the toilets. The time at each stop was limited, but considering how many places were covered in one day, the schedule was understandable. You just have to manage your time well, especially at the larger spots. Overall, a good and convenient way to explore the area without having to arrange transportation yourself.

The itinerary was well-planned, with plenty of attractions and perfect time allocation, so we never felt rushed. During the tour, he vividly introduced us to Hokkaido's history, local customs, and the unique features of each attraction. Upon arriving at each site, he thoughtfully reminded everyone of the restroom locations, showing great attention to detail. The schedule management was excellent; meeting times were clearly communicated, and the driver's smooth and safe driving made the entire experience very seamless. Shikisai no Oka: The rainbow flower fields were incredibly spectacular and visually stunning! Farm Tomita: The fragrant flower fields were so relaxing, and the cantaloupe was incredibly sweet. Blue Pond & Waterfall: The dreamy blue pond water, combined with the surrounding natural scenery, was even more beautiful in person than in photos. In summary, this was a perfect one-day tour with excellent value, saving us the hassle of planning our own transportation. Special thanks to our guide, Hikaru, and the driver for taking such good care of us and creating wonderful memories of our Hokkaido trip. We will definitely book again next time! 👍

Lubos akong nasiyahan, kahit na hindi maganda ang panahon, napuntahan pa rin namin ang bawat atraksyon. Lubos akong nagpapasalamat sa aming tour guide na si Rou Rou, napakamaingat niya sa bawat bahagi ng biyahe. Naramdaman kong inalagaan ako nang husto at kampante ako sa buong paglalakbay. Such a fun trip to Teine! It was a new experience for most of us, and our coach explained everything really well, especially for beginners. The lesson was super helpful, definitely enough to get started and makes me want to try snowboarding again next winter.

What a great travel experience! Beautiful scenery paired with good weather, plus our tour guide Jincheng (Eric) provided a lot of historical information and local food recommendations along the way. We had a fantastic trip visiting Shakotan Blue, the Otaru Canal, and Shiroi Koibito Park. Our tour guide, Hong, was exceptional—his communication regarding meeting points and tour expectations was always clear and well-organized. I was particularly impressed by his ability to fluently speak Korean, English, and Chinese, effortlessly catering to the diverse nationalities in our group. Highly recommended!
