Ristoranti a Yau Ma Tei

Recentemente sono stato due volte a bere il tè al ristorante Cui Yuan nel New Town Plaza di Sha Tin. I dim sum erano buoni, e ho comprato un coupon su Klook perché c'era un'offerta. Sono arrivato intorno alle 10:30 del 6 giugno e il personale è stato molto gentile. Anche se ero in anticipo, mi hanno fatto accomodare rapidamente. Tuttavia, quel giorno i dim sum sono stati una delusione. I fritti non erano abbastanza caldi, sembravano essere stati lì per un po'. La pasta era secca e molle, non croccante. Gli har gow e i siu mai erano ancora peggio. Sembravano dim sum preconfezionati e congelati comprati al supermercato. I siu mai avevano anche un forte sapore di glutammato monosodico. This was my first time dining at Yeung Yuet Lau. I really wanted a window seat to enjoy the full view, but since it was full, the staff seated us against the wall, which was still great. My personal favorite was the BBQ pork and jellyfish; the BBQ pork was incredibly delicious, perfectly balanced between lean and fatty, tender yet with a good texture—just like the old days 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. The crispy shrimp balls with imperial sauce were appetizing, and the almond tea with egg white was delightfully sweet and smooth. Definitely worth trying.

Honestly, I don't quite understand why I had to buy three ice cream vouchers to order tickets for Andy Hui's concert. Andy Hui isn't an endorser for this ice cream brand, and I also don't believe I'll be allowed to eat ice cream inside the Hong Kong Coliseum. But I do like this brand of ice cream, so it's no big deal. I'm sure I'll be able to use all the ice cream vouchers, and the method for redeeming them seems very easy.

Abbiamo prenotato in anticipo e siamo riusciti ad avere un tavolo vicino alla finestra, la vista era mozzafiato e l'ambiente confortevole. Il cibo era ottimo. È stata un'esperienza divertente pranzare a buffet con i miei amici qui. Il servizio è eccellente, sono molto cortesi. È raro trovare tanta attenzione al giorno d'oggi, se non in ristoranti molto costosi.

È stata una piacevole sorpresa provare questo menu per la prima volta. La qualità del cibo è alta e le porzioni sono abbondanti; il menu per cinque persone è più che sufficiente e i piatti sono deliziosi. Il personale è stato premuroso e gentile. Il ristorante è molto grande, con un arredamento tradizionale e in un'atmosfera molto tranquilla. La distanza tra i tavoli è ottima e garantisce molta privacy. I prezzi sono estremamente ragionevoli. Lo consiglio vivamente agli amici e sicuramente prenderò in considerazione l'idea di tornarci.

This time, I mainly bought the Big Bang package tickets to enter Alibi to enjoy the food. Basically, the dishes in the set were quite good. The environment and atmosphere were very comfortable, and the waitstaff were friendly. The salad bar allows for unlimited refills, and the main courses tasted great, although there were only two options to choose from, so we ordered both. The pasta was delicious, though the portion of the smoked duck taco was a bit small. Drinks included a choice of tea or coffee, plus a complimentary alcoholic beverage, though you could choose to skip the alcohol. We tried both drinks and they were pretty good; the alcoholic one didn't have too much alcohol content. Overall, it was a great experience.
