喜歡芝士及碳水化合物的人有福，我非常喜歡這款芝士火煱的芝士味道，可選加酒或不加酒，由於要揸車所以沒加，這樣好像更好吃。洋蔥湯鮮甜，然後主菜選了三文魚也鮮嫩可口。餐廳環境很好，而且要大讚侍應生們非常親切有禮健談，這個價錢能在半島酒店吃得飽飽真不錯

猶如置身瑞士山區小木屋!餐廳氣氛十足！套餐除了有重點嘅芝士火鍋，還有洋蔥湯、沙律、有芝士的小吃、主菜及甜品！員工的服務亦親切友善而且非常到位，是愉快的一餐!

要好鍾意食芝士同碳水化合物先好去，我地兩個人去食唔晒，一黎就有三種麵包各兩個，跟住有兩件芝士麵包，其餘同餐牌一樣，個芝士火鍋有三種碳水化合物：麵包，薯仔同通心粉，牛舌又有炸薯條，我就真係食唔到啦，有叫到兩杯白酒，兩支氣泡水，加多一千。碳水真係太多，真係要諗清楚先好去食，一千兩位慨選擇好多。
