The hotel location is near to nagoya Hill shopping mall and room is big and scenery is beautiful. All facilities is working in good condition, look clean and newly. Is a hotel to recommend to friend and relatives.

we enjoyed our stay here in Aston Batam Hotel, the staffs are very accommodating and easy to approach.. the buffet breakfast also was so authentic and the taste was pretty good.. we will surely comeback for our next visit

we will stay in this Hotel again for our next Batam trip.Location is good!!Avoid the Hustling traffic.Upgraded to Deluxe Room by topping up.Came with Balcony with Awesome Scenic views.Up peak location thus very Windy!!Place and Room is Clean!Swimming was Enjoyable too..Love the breakfast!!Room service food was Great too.We had a very pleasant 2 nights stay!Staffs were warm and friendly!Many Thumbs up for Crown Vista Hotel!!Cons:Pls change all the Pillows..too flat.Cushion was Smelly!!Overall:No Regrets!

We booked the Grand Deluxe room, and it exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet (included in our booking), which offered a wide variety of options, all of which tasted delicious. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, even offering us great recommendations for places to visit in Batam. Although we had a minor issue with a clogged toilet, the staff quickly resolved it, showcasing their excellent customer service.
The hotel’s location was also ideal—just a 7-10 minute walk from the Harbour Bay Port, in a lively area with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, salons, and other hotels nearby. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Batam. Thank you, Swiss-Belhotel!
