There's a website with more info of the actual itinerary and what to prepare after booking which was useful. Car is clean and guide is friendly. Booked 4D3N so not too rush. We were able to see the sunrise at Bromo & Ijen. Ijen was not too easy to climb, certain areas are steep. Also if you want to see both blue flames and sunrise you got hike fast. We didn't had time for blue flames but managed to get a good timelapse of sunrise. Local guide at Tumpak Sewu Waterfall directs you to all the photo spots and good at taking photos. He even managed to stitch up a short video with and background music for us in such a short time.

Thank you so much Mr Bagus for driving us around and planning our itinerary! Mr Bagus is great with English and is chatty and funny. He also has vast knowledge to provide great insights into the culture and provides great recommendations and places to visit in Indonesia.
We were sadden by the news that forest fire closed Mt Ijen. The tour agency checked with us before changing our itinerary to the Sewu waterfalls. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time on this trip!
Hope to come back again soon to visit Ijen! Definitely booking with them again!

We booked a package with JVTO via Klook for our 3D2N adventure trip. Shoutout to Fredy and Fauzi for always accommodating to us; from entertaining our nonsense/requests and also for always making us break into laughter with their fresh set of jokes. We are really grateful and thankful to have them as our guide and driver. They make this trip a really stress- free, enjoyable and a memorable one.

if you think about IJen, you should stop thinking and doing:)! it’s very nice place and view. the blue lava is nog so big but still nice to see. also the hike was heavy but with every strength you can do this. there are 5 checkpoint where you can take a break.

This volcano and waterfall tour was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Dasi and Nandu, for giving us such pleasant memories. I strongly advise everyone to visit the waterfall, and it's crucial to hire a guide – it's a matter of life and death, so definitely get one!

Our 4D3N trip to Bromo, Ijen Blue Flame, and Tumpak Sewu Waterfall was absolutely perfect! The accommodations arranged were excellent and very comfortable, allowing us to get great rest after each physically demanding day.
We especially want to thank our guide Anam and our driver. The driver drove so smoothly that we could rest comfortably during the long drives. Our guide Anam was incredibly professional and dedicated; he deeply introduced us to the local Javanese culture and history along the way, giving us a much richer understanding of the places we visited.
Whether guiding us through the midnight hike to see the Ijen Blue Flame or exploring the waterfall, Anam always prioritized our safety. On top of that, he is an amazing photographer! He helped us take so many stunning photos, creating unforgettable memories. Highly recommend this team, 5-star experience!

transport options: Our driver Dosi was very friendly and made our transfer to each location very smooth.
itinerary: Prepare for irregular sleeping hours as we needed to wake up at 12am to drive to the location for sunrise. But it was worth it.
tour guide: Each attraction had its guide. Shout out to our waterfall guide, Edi. He went above and beyond by constantly helping us take instagrammable photos and videos even though we didn't ask. At the end of the attraction, he even helped us to compile it into a ready to post video and sent us all 100+ photos and videos.
attractions: Not for the faint of heart. There were steep hikes involved and was more adventurous than we had expected. Definitely watch some YouTube vlogs to get a sense of the fitness level required.
accomodation options: Fluctuating quality. One of them was amazing as it was a business hotel. The other 2 had a good outside view of nature but also had bugs (which probably can't be helped since it's near nature)
