Mount Bromo and Ijen Crater Multiday Tour from Bali

This was the best tour I have ever booked in klook so far! From picking us up in Bali to assisting us all throughout our stay in East Java. First of all, we loved the tour and most importantly would highly recommend our driver throughout our stay. He’s Viko, he’s very kind and fun to be with. We felt very safe with him and comfortable. We would always have a conversation with him because he’s that pleasant to talk with. He made this tour an enjoyable and exciting experience! Would highly suggest to request him as your driver, very commendable! Here’s a thorough review: 1st day hotel in Java was lovely and food at the rooftop bar was really nice. Pick up time was at 1:30am yet the hotel managed to give us our breakfast as packed take away. Our experience in Ijen crater though was “kinda annoying.” Specifically, the tour guide on Ijen. My friend doesn’t hike that much and a beginner so we would have a 3-5 minute break when he gets tired. He would rush us and we would feel pressured, imagine there’s a lot of people and its very crowded to the point that there could be a stampede and the most annoying part was he would talk to other tour guides and I overheard and understand him talksh&t about us always having a break. He even left us in the middle of the hike going back and that was very disrespectful & unprofessional. Hike started at 2:12am and made it back at 8am. Anyhow, we just ignored him. 2nd hotel for waterfalls, the place was okay it wasn’t fancy, you get what you paid for a regular price. The viewpoint, semeru and the Waterfalls was very nice and majestic. Totally worth it! 3rd Hotel was very nice with a great view and resto as well was great and delicious! They even gave us a complimentary mango drink before leaving. Mount bromo and the rest of the itinerary was also good, would recommend to try the Horse back riding it’s makes the experience so much better!

We had the most amazing experience with our guides Nando and Viko on the Ijen Crater and Bromo trip! From start to finish, they were so helpful, kind, and supportive, staying with us every step of the way. They also took amazing pictures for us, so we could just enjoy the moment. During Ijen and the waterfall, we had local guides as well as Nando and Viko, which made the adventure even more special and authentic. What we truly loved was how they shared Indonesian culture with us and answered our millions of questions with warmth, patience, and honesty. Thanks to them, the trip was not only breathtaking but also meaningful. We learned so much and felt really cared for throughout. If you’re planning this tour, we can’t recommend Nando and Viko enough , they will make your journey unforgettable!

The route design is very reasonable, and it is shocking to see the volcanic eruption! The driver and tour guide services are great!

Family, this is really good. Although there were some minor setbacks in the early stages of the trip, the travel agency helped us solve them and covered the related expenses, which is completely acceptable! The trip on Java Island was guided by a couple (Dosi & Daisy), who were very nice! Highly recommended! We stayed at Bamboo Resort on the first night, a very unique hotel! And we took life-like photos in Ijen and Bromo ~ It is worth recommending, family, you can go

This volcano and waterfall tour was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Dasi and Nandu, for giving us such pleasant memories. I strongly advise everyone to visit the waterfall, and it's crucial to hire a guide – it's a matter of life and death, so definitely get one!

The itinerary was very fulfilling and offered excellent value for money. Our tour guide, Dosi, was professional and very friendly. The guides at other attractions also had superb photography skills, which was a pleasant surprise. The trip was perfect! Highly recommended!

The driver and the tour guide were very good, especially Yogi from Bali, who drove very carefully and politely. Sahadi from Ijen was very good at taking photos and moving the camera, so I am very grateful to him for taking a lot of photos for us. The only thing I was not satisfied with during the whole trip was the accommodation. The air conditioner in the room made strange noises all the time on the first night, and the room was very old on the second day, and there was no hair dryer

If I had chosen the regular package, this would be 5 stars. However, the premium package arranged for the first night at Mirah Hotel & Resort, which was not a 'hotel of the same class' as advertised (see image below). Customer service explained that the original hotel couldn't provide an extra bed for three people to sleep in the same room, so they changed hotels. It would have been better if we had been informed earlier. Other aspects, including the itinerary, driver, and arrangements, were very good.
