Good location and very convenient. This was my second stay at the hotel. During my first stay, the staff were more friendly and attentive. This time, we booked two rooms but only one was ready at check-in as the other room was still being cleaned. We understood as we arrived slightly early and appreciated being allowed to check in 30 minutes earlier. However, the second room was delayed for another hour and was no longer available on the same floor, so we accepted a room on a different floor instead, which was less convenient as we could only meet at the lobby. The door staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were generally good, but the chiller in one of the rooms was not functioning.

Very clean room & central location. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The guest that sat at my table nor the egg station staff that left without cooking my egg could not ruin the overall hospitality received at the hotel.
