we had a great time staying at this hotel. it’s almost across southern cross station and near various tram stops. room, although a bit dated, was quite clean and spacious

Very centrally located amongst the hustle and bustle of Melbourne but very quiet inside the rooms. excellent facilities such as a gym and pool. rooms are large, clean and has all that you need. will defenitley stay here again. check in was quick too.

Excellent service, all staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels to stay in Melbourne. Stayed at Miami hotel twice and never failed. Will for sure stay at Miami for my next visit and will recommended all to Miami hotel

Remember to put the do not disturb card outside the room door, if not they will knock your door and ask for room cleaning every morning 10am. Fantastic hotel stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was convenient. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience!
