Fantastic 5.0
our tour guide Mr.Lee is very nice, knowledgeable, caring. it was a bad weather day for the tour but he still took us through all the locations and be our great photographer. he very very knowledgeable of the places but it was so foggy that we couldn’t see anything. he also has umbrella and raincoat for us. in the end we just went back to the city early and he took us to 2 views point instead , it was still pretty bad we didn’t have to walk to the view points.

difficulty of the hike: sheeesh, those stairs of doom (an optional part) will really tire you out! so just a FYI to go at your own pace and be mindful of this. other than the stairs of doom, everything else is super beautiful and it was a great experience!

Great 4.0
This is suitable for first-time to Sydney and has never been to Blue Mountain. I have been to Blue Mountain many times but have never been to Wethworth Falls, it just so happens that there is this tour visiting Wethworth Falls, so I tried to join this tour. The tour guide and driver explained in detail from the Anzac bridge to the rocks on the blue mountain. Actually, the sunset at Blue Mountain seems ordinary. I recommend seeing the sunset at Twelve Apostles on Melbourne's Great Ocean Road.

Today was a truly fulfilling day, from the sunset tour to Featherdale Wildlife Park, the Blue Mountains, and finally, the stargazing tour! 😊 The star photos taken by guide Cha Kyung-seop at night turned out so beautifully that they will surely be one of the most memorable moments of my trip. He took the time to carefully photograph each person and provided excellent explanations, making the tour comfortable and enjoyable. It was a truly satisfying tour, allowing me to experience the magnificent scenery of the Blue Mountains, a beautiful sunset, and finally, the starlit sky, all in one day. Thank you, guide Cha Kyung-seop, for leaving us with wonderful memories and beautiful photos! ✨

Had an incredible Blue Mountains day tour with Tom as our guide and driver. He was friendly, organised, and genuinely passionate about the area, which made every stop more meaningful. The views were stunning, the pacing was perfect, and Tom made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free — highly recommended.

Fantastic 5.0
Our minibus driver/tour guide was very accommodating and shared a lot of insights and fun facts about Sydney. The schedule was flexible and he moved the Three Sister to the afternoon because it was foggy in the morning. The package included tickets to the 3 main rides in Scenic World which was fun. We had enough time to go around, rest and relax. Pick-up and drop-off at the meeting point was hassle-free. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Fantastic 5.0
Everyone arrived at the morning meeting point about 10 minutes early, and we happily set off for Featherdale Wildlife Park. Inside the vehicle, our guide, Kim Tae-young, provided a very detailed explanation of Australian history and our itinerary for the day, making the 45-minute drive to the zoo fly by. Featherdale Wildlife Park wasn't huge, but it had a variety of truly cute animals that are native only to Australia. Our family's top pick was the small, adorable wallaby. Everyone was captivated by how they held our arms with their tiny, charming hands while eating the food we offered. We took photos and had a wonderful time. We skipped Scenic World and instead enjoyed a cup of coffee while taking family photos. In Leura Village, we cleansed our slightly queasy stomachs, which had been feeling a bit heavy from Australian food, with kimchi stew and soft tofu stew. While exploring Leura Village, my daughter found a silver necklace she liked, and we bought it with a 10% discount. Afterward, we visited two Blue Mountains photo spots, spending time freely admiring the magnificent scenery. Around 3:15 PM, we departed for downtown Sydney, arriving after about 1 hour and 40 minutes. I'd like to thank Guide Kim Tae-young once again for taking wonderful photos of each traveler posing at the Blue Mountains and for providing truly kind guidance throughout the entire trip. It was such a happy time. P.S. If you have a tumbler, it's a good idea to fill it with water before you leave. We bought a bottle of water at a store there for about $5.50, and I couldn't help but wonder if that was really necessary, haha.

We had a wonderful experience with Jimmy as our guide. He was exceptionally organised, funny and highly informative throughout the tour. We visited 4 places and they were interesting and beuatiful. His explanations were detailed and engaging, helping us appreciate the history and significance of the places we visited. Although we did not understand Korean, we were able to follow along easily using a translation app. The Blue Mountains were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking scenery at every turn. Thanks to Jimmy's excellent guidance, the trip was both enjoyable and memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the area.

Had an amazing experience with Klook! The entire trip was very well organized, and our guide was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything really well. I was traveling solo, but I never felt bored for a moment. It turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Klook, for making my trip so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

What to know before visiting Blue Mountains

Quick snapshot of Katoomba and what to expect

Katoomba is a mountain escape known for outdoor activities, scenic tours and cable-car style experiences — Tours, Cable cars and Outdoor & sports activities lead bookings on Klook. Demand peaks in July and falls away dramatically toward November, giving the town a clear high-season rhythm.

When to visit for crowds and prices

Klook data shows July as the busiest month and November as the quietest. Prices vary through the year: they spike in December and drift lower through the spring into June, with June typically the cheapest month on Klook and December typically the priciest. If you want smaller crowds and lower prices, aim for the quieter months around June; for the full peak-season atmosphere, visit in July. Note that prices and demand mostly move together around the high season, though December’s prices jump even as demand is lower than July.

Tips for travellers

Most travellers here book about nine days ahead on average, with bookings still possible at short notice (last-minute availability commonly appears within a couple of days). If your trip is flexible you can often arrange activities a few days out, but if you plan to travel in July or December it’s wise to lock in key tours and cable-car experiences a few weeks earlier. Use Klook to compare options and secure bookings for the dates you prefer.
