Blue Mountains Exploration with Scenic World and Historic Railway Tour

This tour is a great way to see the main attractions of the Blue Mountains in one day! I especially liked that it included the northern areas, such as Govetts Leap! Personally, the steep Scenic Railway at Scenic World was the most fun, and the Zig Zag Railway was also a unique experience, riding an old train through the mountains, haha. Even though it was a small group tour, they never rushed us and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each location, which was very comfortable. Our guides, Max and Mark, were also friendly and provided excellent explanations. :)) For lunch, I recommend The Yellow Deli in Katoomba! It has an atmosphere straight out of an animation, the food is good, and the cheesecake with strawberries on top is the best 🍓🍰 The travel time to the Blue Mountains is long, so if your schedule was packed the day before, I'd even recommend booking this tour for the following day, haha. You can comfortably sleep in the car during the drive. A great tour to see the highlights of the Blue Mountains in one day, including the northern area around Govetts Leap! For lunch, I recommend The Yellow Deli in Katoomba, great atmosphere and amazing strawberry cheesecake! There’s lots of driving, so it’s also perfect after a busy day when you can nap in the car 😂

John is a thoughtful and humorous guide with excellent time management skills. He ensured that we visited most of the stunning viewpoints and best photo spots in Blue Mountains National Park. Throughout the trip, he shared many interesting stories and insights about the Three Sisters, the Scenic Railway, and the history of the area. As I was the only participant on the tour that day, John kindly helped me take many wonderful photos. To be honest, I am not a very talkative person, but I felt comfortable interacting with him and genuinely enjoyed the trip. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and informative experience in Blue Mountains National Park.

My friend came from China to visit me in Sydney, and to make things easy and ensure she could understand the commentary, I booked this one-day tour for us. It turned out to be the perfect choice! 😊 First, we went to the cliff lookout, and the valley was incredibly spectacular. Then came the Zig Zag Railway, which we were most looking forward to 📸. The vintage train slowly made its way through the mountains, and the scenery along the way was beautiful and great for photos! Afterward, of course, we visited the classic Three Sisters peaks, followed by Scenic World 🌿. The overall itinerary was quite smooth, and the tour guide was very enthusiastic ❤️. We saw all the classic Blue Mountains attractions in one day, and my friend had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! 👍

Amazing Blue Mountains tour with perfect weather! We visited great lookouts and enjoyed all three Scenic World rides. The biggest highlight was the exclusive Zig Zag Railway, which only this tour offers. Riding this historic train with beautiful views was super fun. Thanks to our friendly guide Marc!

It was a great tour, our guides Sonne and Ling were both very kind and welcoming. We visited multiple attractions and places, and saw beautiful and exhilarating sights. Our guides were very friendly and helpful and introduced us to various lookouts and spots. It was a terrific experience and a highlight of our Sydney trip.

The Zig Zag Railway was the best part and made this trip really special. We also visited beautiful lookouts and were truly amazed by the stunning nature of the Blue Mountains. Everything was well organized and smooth. Our guide was friendly and helpful, making the whole trip better!
