Check in was simple and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Very quiet, calm and relaxed environment. Pool and gym area were great. Buffet breakfast had a great selection of delicoius breatfast items.

It is our first time to stay on an ibis hotel and it did not disappoint. The location is near the trams and train station. There are a lot of food sources nearby. The check-in/check-out was a breeze. We were able to map out where to stroll and dine with the help of the very accomodating front desk. We will surely stay again on an ibis hotel in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Pegasus Apart’Hotel and would happily stay here again! The room was cleaned daily, always smelled fresh, and was equipped with useful amenities such as a microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils, and a mini refrigerator, making my stay very comfortable. Housekeeping regularly changed the towels and linens, made the bed, and refilled toiletries. A few times some coffee sachets were missed, but reception quickly sent refills when requested. I was especially impressed by the staff’s responsiveness. When my hair dryer broke, I called reception and someone came to check it immediately and provided a replacement. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. Although the view from my room wasn’t quite what I expected, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so comfortable and memorable. I will definitely be booking with you again the next time I return.

location was great - walkable to cross station, staff were incredibly helpful, with a shoutout to Lydia who was going above and beyond to help us - only complaint was that Klook uses another 3rd party platform to do the booking which caused much less flexibility

transport access and hotel location: tram station just across the hotel. 10-12min away from southern station. 15min walk away from dfo. You could hear train or the sirens from outside. service: very responsive to my email inquiry. Not your typical hotel with daily change of towels or cleaning. I had my expectations ahead of my stay so I've got no problem with that. I have two towels ive used and had asked front desk for slippers, extra lotion and laundry detergent. No issues cos they gave it to me straight away. I booked for another night cos i was lazy to transfer. Lift waiting time was a breeze, unlike to other hotel reviews. cleanliness: it was clean when i came. Amenities: they have functional kitchen. Wish they had airfryer though and kitchen scissors. You can connect your mobile to the tv for better viewing. Lots of socket too. Bed is so soft, which can be good or a bad thing. I'll stay here again if the price isnt too bad.
