Everything was excellent, the rooms are distinctive and spacious, and the cleanliness is of a high standard, and the safety is high, except for the bus schedules from the station to the hotel and vice versa, which are very short.

wasn’t that happy with Klook services. we do found out that there is problem with our booking number of adults was not correct. did text the customer services however was told everything was fine. we were asked to pay extra 9000¥ only when we arrived. however the hotel staff and the hotel room was fine. just that we are not that happy that we were told everything was fine and only to know we had to pay extra only when we arrived at the front desk.

Great hotel! The staff was very polite and tried there best to make us feel welcome. Our room was on the 17th floor so we got to see an amazing view of the city. And they offered a free bus to Disney and Disney Sea. 9 out of 10, highly recommend.
