Excellent service, it has everything needed for the stay, including its own Lawson convenience store in the lobby, a play area for small children, various shuttle times for Disney, and even a foot massager in the room... Very comprehensive in every aspect!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with an air purifier and a foot massager. After a full day at Disneyland, the foot massager was an absolute lifesaver. The staff were professional and friendly, and the entire hotel is family-friendly. There are frequent shuttle services to and from Disneyland, making this hotel an excellent choice for families visiting the park. The lobby on the second floor offers a complimentary welcome snack bar with coffee, black tea, waffles, cream puffs, ice cream, cookies, marshmallows, and beer. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, connected to a subway station, a shopping mall, and a convenience store. My personal suggestion would be to add public laundry/drying facilities to make it even more perfect.

The location is great and very convenient for accessing Disney. The room is spacious, and the bathroom and vanity are also large, allowing you to relax comfortably. Room cleaning is provided daily, but when we asked for just a towel exchange, they accommodated us without full cleaning. However, staff will enter the room to exchange the towels. The service provided was well worth the price. Next time, I would like to stay with a breakfast-included plan.

Although the hotel shows its age, you can tell it is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and refreshing, and from my room I could just zone out while looking at Sagami Bay, which was super relaxing. I originally chose to stay here for the convenience of going to Disney, but it was so comfortable just sitting around spacing out that I almost didn't want to leave. There is a Disney store inside the hotel with the same prices as the ones in the park, and if you come back late at night, the café also has hot food available for purchase. Transportation is extremely convenient; just walk out the front door and you are at Maihama Station. Since you cannot enter Fantasy Springs when heading to DisneySea, you just take the monorail one more stop to the DisneySea entrance, and when leaving, you can plan to exit through Fantasy Springs—cross the street and you're right back at the hotel, which is great. If you don't want to cross the street to the station, you can also wait for the Disney shuttle. Airport limousine buses also stop right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient if you make good use of them.

Very nice hotel with an impressive atrium and the room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities included including pajamas! We booked the Rainbow Standard Room, 7-10 floor for 3 people and had the dinner buffet at the restaurant in the hotel which was very nice. There's also a Lawson's inside the Hilton Hotel across the street for snacks. Booked this for one night to avoid riding 1 hour from Tokyo early in the morning to line up for DisneySea - best decision I made on our Japan trip. If there was one thing to complain about, it's that the swimming pool has a fee (5000 yen/day) to use but this might be common in Japan. Overall, a great overnight stay at a great hotel.

thr accomodation is excellent and affordable with free shuttle to and from disneyland. the breakfast was good. our room was spacious and beds were comfy. staff were nice and assisted as soon as they saw us.

The Lawson convenience store in the hotel lobby is very convenient for purchasing daily necessities. The food and drinks included in the Executive Lounge were also very plentiful. We stayed for three consecutive nights, and it was very convenient to return to the hotel after visiting Disneyland. The front desk even waived our parking fees for all three nights, which was wonderful.

The hotel is very good. The location is excellent if you're visiting Tokyo Disney parks. They offer a shuttle bus at certain times, which departs just a few meters from the hotel, and it's very convenient.
