The area is peaceful. Nice escape from the busy city. No nearby konbinis around, but they do have their own mini-konbini items at the lobby. They also offer shuttle service to Shin-urayasu station which is connected to Aeon mall that may have just about all things you need and shuttle to Disneyland/sea. The only odd thing is they don’t offer free water compared to other hotels.

The hotel provide shuttle bus to the Disneyland and the Disneysea. Super convenient. Aeon mall is just 5mins walk away and there is also a train station. Excellent location. Room is clean and service is good.

This is a great family hotel. We had clean and comfortable bunk beds and plenty of towels and toiletries. The breakfast is priced reasonably and has lots of variety. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The shuttle bus goes to Disney and the Train station!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The staff was great, very helpful, nice, and spoke excellent English. The complimentary bus to and from the Disney parks was SO convenient. It leaves at multiple times throughout the morning and evening. The room was very spacious and comfy. If you are going to Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea, definitely stay here instead of paying for an overpriced Disney hotel.
