अपनी पहली एकल यात्रा के रूप में, मैं डरी हुई और संशय में थी। कार्यक्रम पैकेज के समान ही था, कुछ बदलावों के साथ। पहला दिन: तुम्पाक सेवु ड्राइवर एंडिका समय के पाबंद और अच्छे थे। गाइड विडोडो मददगार और अच्छे फोटोग्राफर थे! जब मुझे ऊपर चढ़ने में दिक्कत हुई तो वे वहीं रुके रहे। हम जमीला एच'स्टे में रुके, जो शहर से दूर था। कमरा साउंडप्रूफ नहीं था और साझा शौचालय छोटा था। लेकिन रिसेप्शनिस्ट बहुत मददगार थे। दूसरा दिन: सेरुनी व्यूप्वाइंट ड्राइवर फ्रैंकी मिलनसार थे। हमने सेरुनी वीपी के पास एक जीप ली और हमारे पास कोई गाइड नहीं था, लेकिन सब कुछ सुचारू रूप से चला। कावाह इजेन जाने से पहले नाश्ता तैयार था। तीसरा दिन: कावाह इजेन ब्रोमो से लंबी यात्रा के बावजूद हमारे ड्राइवर कुशल थे। हादी होमस्टे बेहतर सुविधाओं के साथ विशाल था। रात 12:30 बजे, हमने चढ़ाई शुरू की। हमारे गाइड इकबाल बहुत मददगार थे। यह सबसे कठिन चढ़ाई थी, लेकिन उन्होंने हमें बिना दबाव डाले नीली आग और झील देखने के लिए ले गए। हमने अपनी गति से यात्रा की और सफल रहे! नीचे जाते समय, मैंने 500k में "लेम्बोर्गिनी" ली—हर पैसे के लायक! सुझाव: चढ़ाई से पहले स्ट्रेचिंग और वार्म अप करें!

We booked a package with JVTO via Klook for our 3D2N adventure trip. Shoutout to Fredy and Fauzi for always accommodating to us; from entertaining our nonsense/requests and also for always making us break into laughter with their fresh set of jokes. We are really grateful and thankful to have them as our guide and driver. They make this trip a really stress- free, enjoyable and a memorable one. We had an absolutely wonderful time on this trip. Our guide, Mr. Li, was fantastic; we really hit it off and had great conversations and laughs throughout, like traveling with a friend. He was very professional and entertaining. I'm extremely satisfied with this itinerary; all the guides and drivers we met were very kind and treated us exceptionally well! The itinerary was well-planned, and although we chose economy hotels, the quality of our accommodations was still very high. The transportation was comfortable throughout the entire trip, with no issues. Both Bromo and Ijen were incredibly stunning and beautiful attractions.

transport options: Our driver Dosi was very friendly and made our transfer to each location very smooth. itinerary: Prepare for irregular sleeping hours as we needed to wake up at 12am to drive to the location for sunrise. But it was worth it. tour guide: Each attraction had its guide. Shout out to our waterfall guide, Edi. He went above and beyond by constantly helping us take instagrammable photos and videos even though we didn't ask. At the end of the attraction, he even helped us to compile it into a ready to post video and sent us all 100+ photos and videos. attractions: Not for the faint of heart. There were steep hikes involved and was more adventurous than we had expected. Definitely watch some YouTube vlogs to get a sense of the fitness level required. accomodation options: Fluctuating quality. One of them was amazing as it was a business hotel. The other 2 had a good outside view of nature but also had bugs (which probably can't be helped since it's near nature)

Our three-day, two-night East Java volcano tour truly exceeded our family's expectations! We learned after booking that the Ijen crater was closed. The travel agency not only promptly informed us but also actively helped us adjust our itinerary, even adding the Madakaripura Waterfall, which turned out to be the most surprising and memorable part of our trip. The three-day, two-night private tour was absolutely worth it! We had a dedicated guide and driver with us the entire time. Our guide, Jiaxin, is a native Indonesian but speaks fluent Chinese, so communication was seamless. Along the way, he shared many stories about the volcanoes, culture, and local life, and he also took excellent care of our family of four. During the trip, my husband, who suffers from severe sleep apnea, had a very strong reaction to the high altitude. Jiaxin meticulously looked after him, especially during the climb up Mount Ijen, where he accompanied and supported him almost the entire way. This allowed me to focus on caring for our two children without having to juggle responsibilities between family members. His attentiveness and sense of responsibility truly touched us. (And we even saw the beautiful artificial blue fire at the volcano!) Throughout the journey, Jiaxin also adjusted the pace according to our family's condition, arranging timely breaks, helping us take photos, and recommending local delicacies, making the entire trip very relaxed and comfortable. At Mount Bromo, when we were delayed and missed breakfast, he quietly arranged for the hotel to save meal boxes for us, so we had food waiting as soon as we returned to the hotel – truly thoughtful. I must also commend our driver, Agus Botak. Every day involved long drives of over four hours, often on winding mountain roads in East Java, and sometimes even starting in the early morning. Yet, he was always energetic and drove smoothly, allowing us to rest comfortably in the car. For families traveling with children, a safe and reliable driver is incredibly important. What touched us most was that they didn't treat this job as a routine task; they genuinely cared for every traveler. These three days brought us not only beautiful scenery but also heartwarming human connection. This was the best travel experience I've had in Southeast Asia to date, which is why I'm writing this review so earnestly, hoping it can serve as a reference for others. From the travel agency's arrangements and the guide's professionalism to the driver's attentiveness, they left me with a wonderful impression of Indonesia. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I also want to add that the cost of this private tour includes one meal, local guides for Madakaripura Waterfall and Ijen Volcano, all entrance fees, and necessary equipment, so there's no need to worry about additional expenses – it's truly worth it! ❤️

Nabil, our sweet and kind tour guide, has made it an amazing trip for us to Bromo and Madakirapura Waterfall! Overall the trip was very well-organised. The time spent on each activity was precisely calculated, allowing us to have enough time to catch a break after each eventful adventure. Nabil took care of everything. After a light meal before sunrise he guided us to a spot where most people would have missed, giving us the advantage of having a clear view of bromo at dawn. He was also very thoughtful, providing us with cushions while waiting. The view was spectacular and breathtaking, absolutely worth the wait. Nabil was loquacious and knowledgeable, a decent quality for a tour guide, about the history and culture of each spot, telling us interesting stories and explaining things in detail. He also helped us to take a lot of nice pictures, making our journey even more memorable. He’s a friend of us now!
