Va ser un dels viatges més memorables que he fet, ple d'experiències i sabors. Tot i que el nostre viatge al Kawah Ijen es va cancel·lar a causa dels incendis forestals, ens van oferir opcions alternatives i vam triar l'illa de Tabuhan, on vam poder pujar en vaixell, gaudir del nostre dinar i d'una estona de descans a la platja abans de continuar fent snorkel. També vam tenir l'oportunitat d'aconseguir les nostres gravacions fent snorkel per guardar-les com a record. Sobretot, el nostre guia turístic i conductor, el senyor Ruly, era molt divertit i enèrgic. A més, les seves habilitats al volant eren envejables, la qual cosa va fer que no ens haguéssim de preocupar gaire mentre ens portava d'un lloc a un altre amb molta seguretat. En general, recomanaria reservar aquest tour de diversos dies en grup per treure el màxim profit de Bromo i de Java Oriental. 💯💯

As my first solo trip,I was scared and doubtfull. The schedule somehow similar to the package,with some changes. Day 1: Tumpak Sewu Driver Andika was punctual and nice.Guide Widodo was helpful and good photographer!He stayed when I struggled climbing up. We stayed at Jamilah H’stay,far from town.The room wasn’t soundproof and the shared toilet was small. But the receptionist was very helpful. Day 2: Seruni Viewpoint Driver Frankie was friendly.We took a jeep near Seruni VP and had no guide, but everything went smoothly.Breakfast was prepared before continue to Kawah Ijen. Day 3: Kawah Ijen Our driver was skillful despite the long journey from Bromo.Hadi Homestay was spacious with better facilities.At 12:30 AM, we started the hike.Our guide Iqbal,was very helpful.Toughest hike,but he brought us to see the blue fire and lake without pressuring.We followed our own pace and made it! Going down,I took the “Lamborghini” for 500k—worth every penny! Tips: Stretch and warm up before hiking!

Great experience from start to finish! We had an absolutely amazing experience throughout the trip. Just make sure you are somewhat active for the hike! It can be quite exhausting to wake up early in the morning back to back, but it was definitely worth the experience. Our guide was awesome, explained everything to us well, took care of us well & made sure we were okay. Overall awesome 👍

Cheap Bromo was the tour company we went with for our day tour to Mount Bromo and Madakaripura Waterfall. We had the best day!! Our tour guide Tegar; he was so friendly, answered so many of our questions, made us feel comfortable and excellent English skills. I couldn't recommend more doing this tour is extraordinary everything you see. The early morning and long day is so so worth it.

El conductor va arribar a l'hotel 20 minuts abans de l'hora acordada i va ser molt amable i entusiasta. La nit abans ens va enviar un itinerari detallat amb els horaris. El guia de la cascada era un noi jove —ara no recordo el seu nom— que també va ser molt amable i atent, i no va parar de gravar-nos vídeos i fer-nos fotos (té molta traça). A més, al final ens va fer un vídeo curt que ens va encantar. Durant el recorregut també vam fer parades per descansar una mica i ens vam poder comunicar perfectament en anglès. Ho recomano molt! La cascada és realment preciosa.

Va ser un viatge molt agradable. El conductor, Hari, va ser molt amable, ens va ensenyar bons llocs i ens va fer moltes fotos!

D'acord, així està bé: "Aquesta vegada vam anar a Bromo i Tumpak Sewu, i l'experiència general va ser molt bona! La sortida del sol a Bromo és molt bonica, el paisatge és impressionant, i tot i que feia molt fred al matí, va valdre la pena. Les cascades de Tumpak Sewu també són espectaculars, ideals per fer fotos, i l'aire és molt agradable. El guia era molt amable, ens va recordar constantment que tinguéssim cura de la nostra seguretat, i va ser molt pacient ajudant-nos a fer fotos i organitzant el temps. Tot el viatge va anar molt bé i vam estar molt contents 😊"

Our three-day, two-night East Java volcano tour truly exceeded our family's expectations! We learned after booking that the Ijen crater was closed. The travel agency not only promptly informed us but also actively helped us adjust our itinerary, even adding the Madakaripura Waterfall, which turned out to be the most surprising and memorable part of our trip. The three-day, two-night private tour was absolutely worth it! We had a dedicated guide and driver with us the entire time. Our guide, Jiaxin, is a native Indonesian but speaks fluent Chinese, so communication was seamless. Along the way, he shared many stories about the volcanoes, culture, and local life, and he also took excellent care of our family of four. During the trip, my husband, who suffers from severe sleep apnea, had a very strong reaction to the high altitude. Jiaxin meticulously looked after him, especially during the climb up Mount Ijen, where he accompanied and supported him almost the entire way. This allowed me to focus on caring for our two children without having to juggle responsibilities between family members. His attentiveness and sense of responsibility truly touched us. (And we even saw the beautiful artificial blue fire at the volcano!) Throughout the journey, Jiaxin also adjusted the pace according to our family's condition, arranging timely breaks, helping us take photos, and recommending local delicacies, making the entire trip very relaxed and comfortable. At Mount Bromo, when we were delayed and missed breakfast, he quietly arranged for the hotel to save meal boxes for us, so we had food waiting as soon as we returned to the hotel – truly thoughtful. I must also commend our driver, Agus Botak. Every day involved long drives of over four hours, often on winding mountain roads in East Java, and sometimes even starting in the early morning. Yet, he was always energetic and drove smoothly, allowing us to rest comfortably in the car. For families traveling with children, a safe and reliable driver is incredibly important. What touched us most was that they didn't treat this job as a routine task; they genuinely cared for every traveler. These three days brought us not only beautiful scenery but also heartwarming human connection. This was the best travel experience I've had in Southeast Asia to date, which is why I'm writing this review so earnestly, hoping it can serve as a reference for others. From the travel agency's arrangements and the guide's professionalism to the driver's attentiveness, they left me with a wonderful impression of Indonesia. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I also want to add that the cost of this private tour includes one meal, local guides for Madakaripura Waterfall and Ijen Volcano, all entrance fees, and necessary equipment, so there's no need to worry about additional expenses – it's truly worth it! ❤️
