had a wonderful time with Sunny. has been a wonderful experience that was tiring but well worth the money. pickup from Surabaya was around midnight and completed the experience around midday.

Bol to jeden z najpamätanejších výletov, aké som absolvoval, plný skvelých zážitkov a chutí. Hoci sa náš výlet do Kawah Ijen kvôli požiarom zrušil, ponúkli nám alternatívne možnosti a vybrali sme si ostrov Tabuhan, kde sme sa mohli previezť na lodi, vychutnať si obed a oddýchnuť si na pláži predtým, než sme pokračovali v šnorchlovaní. Dostali sme tiež príležitosť získať zábery zo šnorchlovania ako pamiatku. Náš sprievodca a vodič pán Ruly bol navyše veľmi zábavný a energický. Obdivuhodné boli aj jeho vodičské schopnosti, vďaka ktorým sme sa nemuseli takmer o nič starať, keď nás bezpečne vozil z jedného miesta na druhé. Celkovo by som odporúčal rezervovať si tento zdieľaný viacdňový zájazd, aby ste naplno spoznali Bromo a východnú Jávu. 💯💯

As my first solo trip,I was scared and doubtfull. The schedule somehow similar to the package,with some changes. Day 1: Tumpak Sewu Driver Andika was punctual and nice.Guide Widodo was helpful and good photographer!He stayed when I struggled climbing up. We stayed at Jamilah H’stay,far from town.The room wasn’t soundproof and the shared toilet was small. But the receptionist was very helpful. Day 2: Seruni Viewpoint Driver Frankie was friendly.We took a jeep near Seruni VP and had no guide, but everything went smoothly.Breakfast was prepared before continue to Kawah Ijen. Day 3: Kawah Ijen Our driver was skillful despite the long journey from Bromo.Hadi Homestay was spacious with better facilities.At 12:30 AM, we started the hike.Our guide Iqbal,was very helpful.Toughest hike,but he brought us to see the blue fire and lake without pressuring.We followed our own pace and made it! Going down,I took the “Lamborghini” for 500k—worth every penny! Tips: Stretch and warm up before hiking!

Great experience from start to finish! We had an absolutely amazing experience throughout the trip. Just make sure you are somewhat active for the hike! It can be quite exhausting to wake up early in the morning back to back, but it was definitely worth the experience. Our guide was awesome, explained everything to us well, took care of us well & made sure we were okay. Overall awesome 👍

Cheap Bromo was the tour company we went with for our day tour to Mount Bromo and Madakaripura Waterfall. We had the best day!! Our tour guide Tegar; he was so friendly, answered so many of our questions, made us feel comfortable and excellent English skills. I couldn't recommend more doing this tour is extraordinary everything you see. The early morning and long day is so so worth it.

The driver arrived at the hotel 20 minutes before the scheduled time and was very friendly and enthusiastic. He sent us a detailed itinerary the night before. The waterfall tour guide was a young guy whose name I forgot, and he was also extremely warm and friendly. He kept taking videos and photos for us (and he is really good at taking pictures), and even made a short video for us at the end, which was awesome! During the trip, he also made stops to let us rest a bit, and English communication was not a problem at all!! Highly recommended!! The waterfall is truly super beautiful.

Dobre, môže to byť takto: „Tentokrát sme navštívili Bromo a Tumpak Sewu a celkový zážitok bol skvelý! Svitanie na Bromo bolo nádherné, scenéria bola úchvatná. Ráno bolo veľmi chladno, ale stálo to za to. Vodopády Tumpak Sewu boli tiež veľkolepé, skvelé na fotenie a vzduch bol veľmi príjemný. Sprievodca bol veľmi milý, neustále nás upozorňoval na bezpečnosť a trpezlivo nám pomáhal s fotením a organizáciou času. Celý výlet prebehol hladko a boli sme veľmi spokojní 😊“

Our three-day, two-night East Java volcano tour truly exceeded our family's expectations! We learned after booking that the Ijen crater was closed. The travel agency not only promptly informed us but also actively helped us adjust our itinerary, even adding the Madakaripura Waterfall, which turned out to be the most surprising and memorable part of our trip. The three-day, two-night private tour was absolutely worth it! We had a dedicated guide and driver with us the entire time. Our guide, Jiaxin, is a native Indonesian but speaks fluent Chinese, so communication was seamless. Along the way, he shared many stories about the volcanoes, culture, and local life, and he also took excellent care of our family of four. During the trip, my husband, who suffers from severe sleep apnea, had a very strong reaction to the high altitude. Jiaxin meticulously looked after him, especially during the climb up Mount Ijen, where he accompanied and supported him almost the entire way. This allowed me to focus on caring for our two children without having to juggle responsibilities between family members. His attentiveness and sense of responsibility truly touched us. (And we even saw the beautiful artificial blue fire at the volcano!) Throughout the journey, Jiaxin also adjusted the pace according to our family's condition, arranging timely breaks, helping us take photos, and recommending local delicacies, making the entire trip very relaxed and comfortable. At Mount Bromo, when we were delayed and missed breakfast, he quietly arranged for the hotel to save meal boxes for us, so we had food waiting as soon as we returned to the hotel – truly thoughtful. I must also commend our driver, Agus Botak. Every day involved long drives of over four hours, often on winding mountain roads in East Java, and sometimes even starting in the early morning. Yet, he was always energetic and drove smoothly, allowing us to rest comfortably in the car. For families traveling with children, a safe and reliable driver is incredibly important. What touched us most was that they didn't treat this job as a routine task; they genuinely cared for every traveler. These three days brought us not only beautiful scenery but also heartwarming human connection. This was the best travel experience I've had in Southeast Asia to date, which is why I'm writing this review so earnestly, hoping it can serve as a reference for others. From the travel agency's arrangements and the guide's professionalism to the driver's attentiveness, they left me with a wonderful impression of Indonesia. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I also want to add that the cost of this private tour includes one meal, local guides for Madakaripura Waterfall and Ijen Volcano, all entrance fees, and necessary equipment, so there's no need to worry about additional expenses – it's truly worth it! ❤️
