Good Idea to get a hearty breakfast before this trips. Driver is able to pick us up from breakfast spot & straight to mount bromo. The guide Hamdan & Mr Wawan is friendly & knowledgable. Overall it is was a pleasant trip!

An enjoyable alternative to the bustling and popular Mt Bromo. Rich in history and free from tourists, it was interesting to visit the city of Mojokerto. our guide Iksal was friendly and generous throughout, as was our driver, Sal. Thank you for a lovely day out!

My guide, Hirman, and driver, Mr G, made this tour an exceptional experience from start to finish. Hirman is an experienced guide who speaks excellent English, was proactive in reaching out before the trip, and was incredibly punctual for the pickup. We started with Tumpak Sewu, which was absolutely mesmerising and is a must-see when visiting the Surabaya area. Despite the heavy traffic caused by the Hari Raya Haji long weekend, Mr G navigated the roads skillfully and safely, ensuring a smooth journey throughout. Their professionalism, reliability, and local knowledge truly complemented the entire experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit Tumpak Sewu and the surrounding attractions.

The tour was really amazing, all the guides very nice. Would like to thank our driver Fauzi who took really good care of us and brought us around safely. Just expect to not get much sleep but that’s doesn’t matter as you’ll still have a good time. Accomodation very good for few hours of sleep.

We booked a package with JVTO via Klook for our 3D2N adventure trip. Shoutout to Fredy and Fauzi for always accommodating to us; from entertaining our nonsense/requests and also for always making us break into laughter with their fresh set of jokes. I highly, highly recommend this tour! My friends and I came to Indonesia primarily for the volcano tour. After seeing some negative reviews for another option on Klook, we chose this 'Cheap Bromo' tour. Our Chinese-speaking guide, Meixing, spoke excellent Chinese. She picked us up from our Surabaya hotel at 11 PM the night before. After about a two-hour drive, we switched to a jeep. I thought the jeep driver was very skilled; the mountain roads were extremely steep, especially in the dark, and his driving made us feel very safe. The sunrise view from Mount Penanjakan was absolutely stunning, and Mount Bromo was beautiful, perfect for taking many great photos! After the Bromo tour, we went for breakfast. There were many breakfast options, and the restaurant was lovely! Then, from the restaurant, we took a regular car to the hotel where we would rest. My friends and I were so tired that, even though the original plan was to eat before checking in, our guide helped us ask the hotel if we could check in early. The meals were then prepared for takeout, allowing us to get plenty of rest before heading to Ijen Crater! For climbing Ijen Crater, I recommend bringing a wool hat, a jacket, and comfortable non-slip shoes. You'll sweat a lot after a short walk, but it gets very cold and windy near the summit. At Ijen Crater, another guide, Sika, led us up. Sika's English was excellent. The mountain path was very challenging, and he constantly monitored our physical condition and was very patient! The only downside was that the route to see the blue flames was closed during our visit, but we did see the beautiful lake on the mountain. The driver who took us throughout the trip was also very kind and an excellent driver, allowing us to sleep well during the long journeys. My friends and I were heading to Bali afterward, and they dropped us off at the port around 9 AM, having already purchased our ferry tickets, ensuring we ended our trip safely and happily! So, a big thank you to this team! P.S. If you get motion sickness, be sure to bring motion sickness medication!

Răsăritul de la Bromo a fost superb, peisajul impresionant, iar dimineața a fost foarte frig, dar a meritat din plin. Cascada Tumpak Sewu este, de asemenea, spectaculoasă, perfectă pentru fotografii, iar aerul este foarte plăcut. Ghizii au fost foarte amabili, ne-au reamintit constant să fim atenți la siguranță și ne-au ajutat cu răbdare să facem fotografii și să ne organizăm timpul.
