Excursió compartida de diversos dies al mont Bromo i Ijen des de Surabaya

The tour was really amazing, all the guides very nice. Would like to thank our driver Fauzi who took really good care of us and brought us around safely. Just expect to not get much sleep but that’s doesn’t matter as you’ll still have a good time. Accomodation very good for few hours of sleep.

这趟三天兩夜泗水（Surabaya）之旅，更像是一场步兵训练式的探险行程。它不仅考验体力，也考验耐力与精神。整个旅程，睡不饱，吃不好是預料中事，但也正因为如此，这趟旅程显得格外难忘。 整个配套行程紧凑而密集。景点之间往往需要长时间的车程，而司机的驾驶技术十分了得，不管是蜿蜒的山路行駛或公路上磞驰既經驗有术。由于行程中也会接驳其他旅客，有时需要耐心等候，但这也是团体旅程的一部分。第一天10.30am, 到达Tempuk Sewu 瀑布，猶如跌入人间秘境，美不勝收。好好享受山水的洗禮后，吃過晚餐，6.20pm抵達爪哇式的溫馨舒適小木屋一宿。 第二天12.30am出發,我们必须在没有導游带领的情况下，自己前往日出观景点。在寒冷13度的氣溫及黑暗中摸索前行，确实不容易。所以必须自備頭燈，寒衣也是必備的又或者租借寒衣。随后6.30am抵達布莫火山，可选择自行或骑马上行。 第三天12am, 我们前往伊真火山（Mount Ijen）。山路陡峭崎岖，需要一路向上攀登，再往下进入活火山口。这样的地形对体力与意志都是一种挑战，但也让人深刻体会到大自然的震撼与壮丽。 在此，很感謝各景點盡責的司機与导游，尤其特别感谢我们伊真火山的 最佳導游-SuKi ，一路上他时刻提醒大家注意安全也不断给予我們鼓励。他非常專業、有责任感，始终照顾着团队。尤其是我們幾個體力落人後的。當到達火山岩，被告知今天无法目睹蓝火焰時，Suki 為了𣎴讓大家失望而歸。他还亲自制作蓝火焰给大家观赏。此外，他还是一位很棒的摄影师，帮我這獨行者拍下了许多美丽的照片，太感謝了！為这趟充滿探險的旅程留下珍贵又難忘的回忆。

L'experiència del tour de 4 dies i 3 nits a les cascades Tumpak Sewu i al volcà Ijen va ser fantàstica! Com a noia xinesa que viatjava sola, amb un nivell d'anglès mitjà, no vaig sentir cap pressió durant tot el viatge. L'itinerari general va ser molt agradable i els paisatges eren impressionants; les cascades Tumpak Sewu són tan boniques que et deixen sense paraules! He de destacar especialment el guia de les cascades, que va ser molt amable i atent. Em va ajudar activament en els trams perillosos i va fer fotos amb molta dedicació, totes elles espectaculars, la qual cosa va fer que l'experiència fos immillorable. Els altres guies també van ser molt professionals i van complir amb el servei segons el previst, sense cap mena de negligència. L'allotjament també era molt fiable, net i ordenat, totalment tranquil·litzador. Un petit incident: hi va haver un problema de confusió amb l'import que em va cobrar el conductor que em portava al volcà Ijen. Em va cobrar 80.000 rupies indonesies, però em va dir que eren 35.000 per la revisió mèdica, i també va confondre 50.000 amb 5.000. Després de revisar-ho amb atenció, vaig recuperar els diners. Però el conductor de l'últim trajecte va ser super amable; sabent que era una turista estrangera i que el meu anglès no era bo, va baixar del cotxe a prop de l'hotel per ajudar-me a confirmar la botiga específica en l'idioma local i fins i tot em va ajudar a pujar l'equipatge. Va ser tan amable i bo que em vaig sentir instantàniament reconfortada! En general, va ser un viatge molt satisfactori, amb la majoria del personal molt fiable i una bona relació qualitat-preu. El recomano als amics que viatgen sols, però us aconsello que comproveu l'import amb atenció en el moment de pagar per evitar malentesos innecessaris.

Value for money! We were so lucky to get really amazing guides and drivers. Special thanks to our amazing driver who drove hours and even made stops for us when we requested - Andiman. Our amazing guides Nelsen and Leo at Tumpak Sewu, our driver at Bromo, and our guides Rama and Nana at Ijen. They went the extra mile explaining about the local culture to us. The whole team was amazing, thank you! For those who want to go, do prepare medicine for yourself as this is a back to back trip, it will be tirinf, but worth it.

We did the 3-day Tumpak Sewu – Bromo – Ijen tour and it was honestly the best experiences of our trip. Everything was well organized and smooth. Special thank you to our driver Fauzi, the sweetest and best driver ever. So kind, patient, caring, and always making sure we were safe and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to travel with. At each spot, the guides were great, but special mention to Herytio and Nanang at Ijen, who really helped my friend when she was struggling during the hike. They were so reassuring and supportive, and we are truly grateful. Amazing views, beautiful moments, and people who genuinely care. Highly recommend.

最初看到評價平均很一般時的確有點擔心服務，有找過其他的平台都是Klook這家最便宜，而且找其他也不代表沒有同樣問題所以還是照原定安排碰運氣，結果是對商家完全沒有投訴。首先前一晚供應商跟我聯絡10點接送，結果當年再聯絡要提前30分鐘，而司機也比預期更早到達。有預先看過其他人的投訴但對我也不算大問題，雖然只有伊真的導遊會說英文，其他司機不太會但只要用電話翻譯也會很樂意回答和幫忙。吉普車我們很幸運只有6名乘客所以沒有很擠，不過這個行程的確是比較趕但最後感覺是很值得的。布羅莫日出很美，也很容易走，而伊真的人都很多所以會有一定危險，需自行衡量自己的能力。每人去伊真都要另外付30000的健康證明，而伊真的導遊也很積極地給我們拍照。對安排的住宿沒大期望，但算乾淨，睡眠質素不會太差，也有熱水供應洗澡。供應商提供的兩個早餐味道也很不錯，晚餐也有推薦我們和接送去哪一家吃。而我很早就跟他們聯絡第二天完結之後會去峇里島並提供船票，他們也提供峇里島接船服務送到酒店，價錢也比其他平台包車便宜。我們從泗水開始玩到峇里的時間都安排得十分妥當，推薦！
