Je le recommande vivement ! 😍 Ambiance du restaurant : L'environnement est spacieux, confortable et lumineux, et les toilettes sont propres. Prix : Bien que ce ne soit pas de la "street food" bon marché, les prix sont raisonnables et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Les menus sont plus avantageux. Goût des plats : La portion de canard est généreuse, la viande est tendre et non fibreuse. La soupe de poisson conserve sa saveur originale et fraîche. La quantité de riz est suffisante, et l'accompagnement de chou et de radis mariné rend le repas rafraîchissant et non gras. Service : Le propriétaire est aimable, accueillant et passionné par le service. Pendant notre repas, des voyageurs étrangers étaient également venus de loin à la table d'à côté, attirés par la réputation du restaurant.

This is an exceptional buffet restaurant with a wide variety of dishes, from cooked foods and freshly prepared soups to desserts, all of which are amazing: Freshly Prepared Sliced Meat Soup Station: Fresh beef and fish slices have a balanced fat distribution. Pouring hot broth over them instantly locks in the flavor, resulting in a clear, sweet, and delicious soup that is both warming and satisfying. Roasted and Fried Food Station: The charcoal-grilled pork belly is incredibly aromatic, and the charcoal-grilled chicken breast is tender and not dry. Paired with crispy Japanese fried items and freshly baked pizza, it offers a rich and layered texture. Soup and Stew Station: Offers a variety of cream soups and hot soups, with excellent temperature control. The replenishment speed for cooked dishes is a bit slow, and the quality is average. Fruits and Desserts: The exquisite crème brûlée has a perfectly caramelized and crispy top with a smooth interior. Paired with rich ice cream and fresh, sweet watermelon and mango, it provides a perfect end to this feast. Seafood Station: All seafood items are very fresh. Restaurant Environment: The venue is very spacious, and the tables are well-distanced. Service: Plate clearing is very prompt, and the staff are very polite. Pour quelqu'un comme moi qui associe encore la cuisine végétarienne aux plats servis dans les temples, la cuisine végétarienne de Guo Ran Hui, tant par sa variété que par ses saveurs, a été une véritable révélation et une expérience rafraîchissante. Le bol de nouilles « bœuf » sans bœuf, en particulier, était presque de la cuisine moléculaire. Cependant, comme la plupart des plats sont à base de champignons, les personnes souffrant de goutte devraient en tenir compte avant de s'y rendre.

Le poisson est servi à la vapeur, ce qui témoigne de sa qualité ; les crevettes froides sont si fraîches qu'on peut facilement retirer les trois segments de la carapace de la queue ; la goyave est croquante et non molle ; les haricots noirs du bar à salades ne sont pas trop assaisonnés, évitant un goût trop sucré, et leur saveur naturelle de haricot est bien présente ; le gâteau au fromage et à la purée de taro du coin des desserts est également parfaitement équilibré, le taro et le fromage ne se masquant pas mutuellement. Les plats principaux sont plus classiques, mais irréprochables, la cuisson et l'assaisonnement étant toujours très précis. Tout cela démontre le soin méticuleux apporté par le salon de thé à la sélection des ingrédients, ainsi que le dévouement et le professionnalisme du chef. J'ai emmené mes parents et tout le monde a été très satisfait, nous reviendrons la prochaine fois. 10/10
