Very convenient. Just head to the main ticketing counter. there are two, and they’ll provide you with a QR-coded ticket that serves as your pass every time you hop on the bus. Only one physical ticket is issued per group (we were two people but received just one ticket), so you’ll need to stay together at all times. This is one of the easiest ways to explore Shanghai. We managed to visit all the major tourist spots in just one day because of this, making it a must try activity. They also provide in ear earphones that connect to an audio tour guide, along with a map for easy navigation. Buses run very frequently, so you won’t have to wait long before hopping on again.

The shows are very entertaining and educating , it shows the history and really bring the shows alive with non stop actions.

From the moment we arrived, she shared fascinating stories about the town’s rich history, culture, and traditions, making every corner come alive. Her warm personality, patience, and attention to detail ensured that our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. She was always happy to answer questions and recommended excellent spots for photos and local delicacies. Wuzhen is beautiful on its own, but her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience truly special. my tour guide is - 杨娟。she is nice and explained very clearly on the place n history. 👍 but the food provided (buffet) not so nice maybe don’t suit my taste.

We purchased a package that did not include a tour guide. The park is very large and divided into different zones. The main 'Romance of the Song Dynasty' show was excellent, and the other performances in the venue were also spectacular. However, you need to keep track of the show times and locations yourself.

Our guide Maggie was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly kind, caring, and patient with us throughout the whole trip. She always adjusted the schedule to our needs, helped us with everything, waited for us whenever we needed extra time, translated for us, and even bargained for us when we were shopping. She answered all of our silly questions with so much patience and was always there whenever we needed help. She truly took care of us like a real mom! 🥹❤️ We felt so comfortable and well taken care of with her. We’re very grateful for everything she did for us!

My family and I booked this tour and we were the only English speaking guest. This didn’t impact the experience at all! Our guide used WeChat to communicate with us, and made sure we were comfortable and felt apart of the group. This package was amazing and my family and I had a great time!

Great half-day trip to the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum — really worth visiting! Our tour guide was friendly, polite, and clearly knew a lot about the exhibits. Highly recommend!
