Very convenient. Just head to the main ticketing counter. there are two, and they’ll provide you with a QR-coded ticket that serves as your pass every time you hop on the bus. Only one physical ticket is issued per group (we were two people but received just one ticket), so you’ll need to stay together at all times. This is one of the easiest ways to explore Shanghai. We managed to visit all the major tourist spots in just one day because of this, making it a must try activity. They also provide in ear earphones that connect to an audio tour guide, along with a map for easy navigation. Buses run very frequently, so you won’t have to wait long before hopping on again.

Our tour guide Jack came to pick us up from our hotel. Despite the cloudy drizzly day, my family of 3 really enjoyed the trip to the film park and Zhujiajiao. Jack is very fluent, knowledgeable and patient. We even had lunch at a local restaurant. I would definitely recommend the private tour, a bit costly but well worth it.

my tour guide is - 杨娟。she is nice and explained very clearly on the place n history. 👍 but the food provided (buffet) not so nice maybe don’t suit my taste.

We had a wonderful day visiting Wuzhen thanks to our local guide, Ms Sun. From the moment we arrived, she shared fascinating stories about the town’s rich history, culture, and traditions, making every corner come alive. Her warm personality, patience, and attention to detail ensured that our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. She was always happy to answer questions and recommended excellent spots for photos and local delicacies. Wuzhen is beautiful on its own, but her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience truly special. We purchased a package that did not include a tour guide. The park is very large and divided into different zones. The main 'Romance of the Song Dynasty' show was excellent, and the other performances in the venue were also spectacular. However, you need to keep track of the show times and locations yourself.

My family and I booked this tour and we were the only English speaking guest. This didn’t impact the experience at all! Our guide used WeChat to communicate with us, and made sure we were comfortable and felt apart of the group. This package was amazing and my family and I had a great time!

I felt the time spent at West Lake was a bit short; after all, trying to complete the entire itinerary in one day inevitably felt a little rushed. Overall, the transportation and tour guide services were very well executed, and I highly recommend this tour for those planning a one-day trip.

Amazing half-day trip to Zhujiajiao Water Town! This ancient water town is known as "Shanghai Venice", well-preserved ancient buildings, stone bridges and winding canals create authentic Jiangnan scenery. We climbed the famous Fangsheng Bridge, took relaxing wooden boat cruises along the river, wandered old streets and tried local delicious snacks such as traditional rice dumplings and braised pork. The itinerary was well scheduled, comfortable and unrushed, no forced shopping at all. It’s a perfect short excursion from downtown Shanghai to experience classic Chinese water town culture, highly recommended for all international travelers!
