On the opposite side of the road (visible after passing the traffic light), staff holding a white "klook" flag will "verify information and exchange for boat tickets." The specific meeting point will be notified by email on the day of the tour. Please check your email. Typically: Shiliupu No. 2 Tourist Dock (No. 551 Zhongshan East 2nd Road); During peak season, alternative boarding points are: Shiliupu No. 3 Tourist Dock (No. 99 Waima Road); Shiliupu No. 1 Tourist Dock (No. 481, 491 Zhongshan East 2nd Road) Note: Free children: A child order must be booked (due to boat capacity). Please provide a valid WeChat ID (wxid_开头 cannot be searched or added), WhatsApp is best. We will have customer service contact you in advance for boarding guidance. It's the best city river cruise I have experienced so far. The guide was also generous to allow me to go to a much earlier schedule. The Huangpu River cruise in Shanghai is a must if you happened to visit Shanghai. You can the beautiful night sceneries and views of the bund and pudong. Shanghai is truly among the best cities in the world.

The operator was incredibly attentive and always responded super fast! They were so helpful—when we got a bit lost at the drop-off point, they kept updating us and made sure we were okay. Their English is excellent, which is a huge help in China, and they even gave us great tips for the best views on deck. We loved our cruise experience so much that we upgraded to the VIP view deck for an extra 100 RMB and it was absolutely worth it! It came with free tea and biscuits, plus exclusive seating and an amazing view. Thank you so much for making our Huangpu cruise so memorable!

The tour guide contacted us on the day and gave clear instructions, which I was very satisfied with. The night view from both sides of the boat was beautiful. However, there were too many people, and the queue was very crowded. Plus, we had to stand for the entire 45 minutes on the boat. If you wanted a seat or a spot at the front of the boat, it cost an extra 100 yuan, which I personally felt was a bit expensive.

Disclaimer: It is just a ticket being purchased here, not a guided tour. I bought this here in Klook for my Huangpu River Cruise because of the great reviews. The staff was really responsive and informative. They contacted prior to my schedule and provided all the information. They were very responsive too when I asked something. They were patient in waiting for me when I arrived late than the schedule meet up. Mr. Li waited to give the ticket. Then it’s just me who went on the boat for the cruise. It is not a guided tour but they’ll help you secure the ticket and send off to an amazing evening cruise. You can avail of the view deck at the boat for CNY100. And yes! This cruise is a must do in Shanghai. The very beautiful and magical city you’ll see and witness at night.☺️

The guide contacted me via WhatsApp on the day of, and they were very kind and gave detailed explanations, so I was able to receive the tickets without any difficulty. Fortunately, there weren't many people the day I went, so I was able to enjoy the night view well from the regular seats without needing to use the VIP seats! Thanks to you, I had a great last day in Shanghai, thank you!

The price-quality ratio is excellent. It was a wonderful experience on the boat. We were running late for the boat, but the kind young lady was in contact with us on WhatsApp every minute and met us at the entrance when we got lost. She led us to the boarding area, and we made it just in time! On the boat, you might be offered to pay an extra 100 yuan for seats with chairs near the bar (these are not included in the standard ticket). We took them and were very satisfied. Thank you, everything was beautiful.
