Very convenient. Just head to the main ticketing counter. there are two, and they’ll provide you with a QR-coded ticket that serves as your pass every time you hop on the bus. Only one physical ticket is issued per group (we were two people but received just one ticket), so you’ll need to stay together at all times. This is one of the easiest ways to explore Shanghai. We managed to visit all the major tourist spots in just one day because of this, making it a must try activity. They also provide in ear earphones that connect to an audio tour guide, along with a map for easy navigation. Buses run very frequently, so you won’t have to wait long before hopping on again.

A day trip that was great value for money! If you're staying in Shanghai and looking for something to do outside the city, this is a nice experience. The visit to Zhujiajiao especially was beautifully scenic. Our guide was very kind and the itinerary was well planned!

We had a wonderful day visiting Wuzhen thanks to our local guide, Ms Sun. From the moment we arrived, she shared fascinating stories about the town’s rich history, culture, and traditions, making every corner come alive. Her warm personality, patience, and attention to detail ensured that our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. She was always happy to answer questions and recommended excellent spots for photos and local delicacies. Wuzhen is beautiful on its own, but her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience truly special. My family and I booked this tour and we were the only English speaking guest. This didn’t impact the experience at all! Our guide used WeChat to communicate with us, and made sure we were comfortable and felt apart of the group. This package was amazing and my family and I had a great time!

When I arrived at the venue, I realized I had left my phone in the taxi, which was very upsetting. Thank you so much for speaking directly with the driver and even mediating a small dispute we had. You might not remember, but when we took the cruise, even though we were late, you didn't give up and helped us see it. I also really enjoyed the circus. Honestly, finding my phone wasn't even your responsibility, but you helped me find it, see the circus, and finish my trip on a happy note, creating wonderful memories. Thank you for all your help. Thanks to you, I always leave Shanghai with great memories and want to go back again.

my tour guide is - 杨娟。she is nice and explained very clearly on the place n history. 👍 but the food provided (buffet) not so nice maybe don’t suit my taste.

We purchased a package that did not include a tour guide. The park is very large and divided into different zones. The main 'Romance of the Song Dynasty' show was excellent, and the other performances in the venue were also spectacular. However, you need to keep track of the show times and locations yourself.

I felt the time spent at West Lake was a bit short; after all, trying to complete the entire itinerary in one day inevitably felt a little rushed. Overall, the transportation and tour guide services were very well executed, and I highly recommend this tour for those planning a one-day trip.
