This place is so beautiful, we did 东栅和西栅。my fav place is 西栅。it’s hot during the day but you will see a lot beautiful scenery. Our guide is wonderful, she explained to us the history this place. It’s a must visit place.
Although the guide didn't speak any English, I was able to easily receive information about the meeting location and schedule using the WeChat translation function. We visited the East Book first, followed by the West Book. Even though it was September, it was very hot, and we probably should have taken the cruise later. The night view of the West Book was absolutely beautiful, and the fountain show and garden tour were fantastic.
It was a wonderful bus tour and our guide was very accommodating, even though I don't speak Chinese she was paying attention to me so that I don't get lost in the crowd as it was national day holiday. I had good experience with the guide and group. The itinerary was perfect covering all the mentioned places. Definitely recommended!
The tour guide didn't seem to have a very good grasp of the group, possibly due to some individuals being difficult to manage, which led to people being late or getting off the bus and immediately getting lost. Personally, I think Wuzhen's West Scenic Zone is truly beautiful at night. During the day, it might be better to find a shop, sit down, and wait for nightfall. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience.
The itinerary was well-organized, the lunch was plentiful, and the seating was appropriately arranged! Our tour guide, Liu, was very professional and provided clear explanations of the history and scenic spots. If I have the opportunity, I would be happy to join another tour led by Guide Liu 😊
Our tour was led by tour guide Xiao Yang, and the itinerary was exceptionally well-planned. In addition to diligently introducing the entire tour and the historical artifacts of Dongzha, the guide also took great care of everyone. It was a very pleasant day with beautiful weather. We enjoyed the bus ride, listened to the explanations, glided along in a small boat, and admired the stunning night views of Xizha. It was incredibly relaxing. We returned home safely at the end of the day. This is a highly recommended itinerary, and I strongly recommend tour guide Xiao Yang! 👍👍
positives: Guide communication, pickup near hotel to meeting point and Bluetooth earpiece price included for Wuzhen. Guide is experienced in leading groups to Wuzhen but the group is rather big. After lunch group split and we travelled to Nanxun where we walked along the old township and rode a boat at night back to entrance. returned back to Hangzhou nearly 9pm
took the package for Wu Zhen and Nan Xun. the explanation by the guide was clear and knowledgeable.

The day we joined the day tour was extremely hot. We arrived earlier than the meeting time, but several tour members failed to arrive on time, delaying the itinerary. The tour bus was generally clean, but before arriving at the scenic spot, we had to stop at two hotels for the check-in arrangements for tourists participating in the two-day tour, which again wasted the time of other participants. Upon arriving at Dongzha, we had a 1-hour guided tour, followed by 45 minutes of free time, which was really not enough to appreciate the most original beauty. We rushed to Xizha at 3 PM, where the tour guide explained the map and then arranged for us to take a boat trip at our own expense, after which we were dismissed for free time until 8 PM before taking the tour bus back to Shanghai. The time arrangement could really be better allocated. The return tour bus was unbelievable, so narrow that we couldn't put our feet properly. We were arranged to sit in the two front seats of the small tour bus. The first was next to the driver, facing the front window. It was inappropriate and a bit dangerous to have a participant sitting in that position for the entire two-hour drive on the highway. The second seat was also not a normal passenger seat, and it was impossible to put your feet properly, please see the attached picture. The tour bus was even leaking water, making the entire two-hour journey very uncomfortable! In conclusion, this place is worth visiting, but the supplier's arrangements were really poor. I hope Klook can respond.
