In addition to the tour fee, the boat ride cost 2,000 yen. This increased the total tour price. We had some extra time at the second stop. (3-4 hours of free time) I think it would be better to schedule the tour to start a little later, so that we could see the night view. The meeting place is not clearly indicated on the map app, so I wish it was written a little more clearly for Japanese people. *The station name is also slightly different. I almost ended up being late because I didn't know where the tour was. The guide only spoke Chinese, so it was difficult to communicate, but the guide was kind enough to respond politely via WeChat. I appreciate that.

I really enjoyed the tour. It was well-planned, the bus was comfortable, and the tour guide was very helpful. Although it was a Chinese-speaking tour and I don’t speak Chinese, the tour guide translated all the important information for me using a phone translator. Overall, I had a great experience.

I bought 2 itineraries in Hangzhou, 1 to West Lake and 2 to Wuzhen. The West Lake tour guide added me on WeChat a week in advance to contact the Wuzhen tour guide. But on the day, I didn't know who to contact, so I went into the order form and added the local contact on WeChat in the upper right corner. I don't know if they left an account that was not the tour guide account of this group. After I asked him for contact information, he actually set me as a harassment target and my WeChat was blocked! ! As a result, I can no longer use the payment method...it's really too much! That's terrible! ! After several online conversations, I kept changing customer service but still didn’t give me an explanation 😡😡😡 The on-site tour guide was a nice girl and she didn’t know why the account left was not hers and she couldn’t handle it. I could only blame myself for my bad luck! 😢 The explanation on the bus was very detailed but the lunch introduced was terrible, especially this dish: Jiangnan Yiguo fresh fish meat was soft and the shrimps had a strange smell, please think twice! RMB 88.00. Additional fees are charged for the costume lighting, false eyelashes, etc. After the photo shoot, the photographer will also ask for additional repairs and extra fees. I usually buy Klook itineraries and like most of them, but this time it was a really bad experience. It was a day of Mercury retrograde.
