Wonderful experience to make our own soup dumplings 🥟. it was great to understand and learn how to create the soup portion of the dumpling as it seemed like a mystery until this class! I will be trying to make these. fun class, would highly recommend doing this to learn something new and valuable!

What a fantastic experience! Our group truly enjoyed the Authentic China Taste Cooking Class with Michelin Chef Tony. We learned how to cook Kung Pao Chicken and make delicious wonton soup, and it was both fun and informative. A special thank you to Josie, who picked us up and guided us throughout the entire process. Her communication skills were excellent, and she was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive to everyone in the group. Thank you for a memorable experience from Team Philippines! Cici was a super host. As well as being extremely generous with her time, a knowledgeable and patient chef of delicious dumplings, she was a delightful person with whom to spend an afternoon. Our family really enjoyed spending time with her and we had some great conversations over our meal after the class. I highly recommend her class!

We joined the incense tablet experience as a group of 7 people, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we walked in, the space felt calm and beautifully designed with a strong traditional Chinese aesthetic. The instructor patiently guided us through the history and cultural meaning behind incense, then helped us craft our own personalized incense tablets step by step. It was such a special hands-on experience — mixing the natural fragrances, shaping the incense, and finally holding a piece we made ourselves felt incredibly satisfying. The whole process was relaxing, meaningful, and perfect for friends traveling together. If you’re visiting and looking for something unique, cultural, and memorable, I highly recommend this experience. Strongly recommend — absolutely worth it!

Helpful instructions in finding the location. Nice selection of costumes and the makeup artist did a great job on my makeup. The photographer was super helpful since I’m so bad at posing ahahha. Great value for money.

Amazing experience.I loved my makeup the artist was very talented! I did take my own foundation just an fyi as I didn't want my skin tone to be too light. My favourite thing about the makeup was the lashes because they were individual lashes rather than a single one which meant it looked way more natural! You can choose though. I was very impressed with the hair as well! I initially thought it's all just one big headpiece that they put on but no! The lady put on around 8-10 sections of hair and kept adding more and more and the end result was beautiful. They also were kind to accommodate me for a later photoshoot as I wanted night time photos. Overall would recommend, you will feel like a princess!

A great inclusive experience! my makeup artist, Xiao Yi was very professional and the makeup look turned out great with very perfect vintage vibes. I would highly recommend booking this experience if you're ever in Shanghai!

First of all, they require you to book in advance at least 2 days before, but my schedule was very tight and asked Klook if they could help me to book 1 day before. Thank you so much for organizing this for me!! ❤️Overall experience was very good and smooth👍🏻, they will help you find the most suitable outfit for you. The lady (I forgot to ask her name) let you try on the qipao and let you decide which you liked the most👍🏻The photographer will teach you how to pose. You will select and collect the photos on the same day which was great! They also gave me a printed photo for free as they said I was the first customer! Thank you😊
