The Bund/Wukang Road Couple Travel Photography

This place is a scam they will say your voucher is redeemed before your appointment booking. They won't let you refund because of policy that it was already redeemed. However, the policy itself says it can be canceled within 24 hours before the appointment date. My appointment date was booked for November 10, 2026, I tried to cancel on August 10, 2026, and whole 3 months prior and they would not let me cancel. They only offered 30% of the money in KLOOK cash. I did not reedem the voucher from my end and I am paying the price for a scam.
