- In the morning, visitors gather at the main entrance of the Shanghai Natural History Museum. They can choose between a shared guided tour (sharing a guide with other visitors, offering good value) or a VIP small group customized tour (exclusive guide, flexible route planning) based on their needs, then embark on a journey to explore the mysteries of life:

it was a good 2hrs spent in the Natutal history of museum. Foreigners are required to redeem a physical ticket over the counter before entering. everyone is given an earpiece for real time explanation of the exhibits. it’s informative & engaging way to enjoy the museum. dinosaur park access is not covered & require an additional 88yen per pax. the explanation of this area is included in the KLOOK guided tour. after the 2 hr session, we are free to explore the sections that was not covered. overall a good 3.5hrs spent here. highly recommended!
it is awesome for first time travel over. it is with tour guide. However, is not necessary for it. Can rent a AI guide after enter the museum.

Coordination was poorly done. Unsure what went wrong with the agent and museum system. All information provided synchronized with our official document and it took some effort for agent to get our information registered with the museum system. On the day of event, we were unable to unite with the guide as we wasn't pre alert on the exchange of ticket at the ticket office. Guide was patient to meet us and handle the situation well. However, when the tour started then we realised we were arranged to join a group of kids. Although it is a great learning process but as tourist we are not there to witness the witiness and how indepth knowledgeable of nowsaday kids, also to attend their q & a session. We deviated from the group after a while and wonder off on our own. But guide was knowledgeable and patient.
