The location is convenient, about a four-minute walk from the bus stop, and the directions are clear. The reception staff is friendly and courteous, and the introduction to the camp's facilities is very clear. The scenery from the campsite is beautiful. You can see the sunrise when you walk out of the tent in the morning, and stargazing at night is great. The environment and equipment of the tents, cooking tents, restrooms, and bathrooms are clean and complete. The public areas are well-lit at night, which is reassuring. The campsite also has many friendly and adorable cats, making it highly recommended.

The package includes afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast the next day, as well as bicycles and Sun Moon Lake boat tickets. The price is reasonable, and there are many new and easy-to-ride bicycles. The camper van is very clean, the staff is always ready to answer questions and very patient, and the explanations are detailed and clear.

The accommodation was beautiful, and the room type was unique, shaped like a carriage, giving a camping-like experience so there was no TV. However, there were plum blossoms and maple leaves outside the room, which were actually very beautiful to see when going out in the morning. It's a pity that the sky wasn't cooperative that night, so we didn't see the starry sky. Breakfast was a simple congee with side dishes, as well as homemade minced pork noodles and blanched vegetables. There weren't many varieties, but it was very satisfying.

The staff's service attitude was very good, but the quality of the pet trailer needs improvement. I suggest replacing the pet trailer basket with a new one. The pet basket has many holes, and the zipper is broken. We can only take the dog out from above, which is very inconvenient for us who have medium to large dogs. In the process of picking it up, the dog must be held upright out of the basket, which is difficult for people to exert force and also hurts the dog's spine. Halfway through the ride, the pet basket separated directly from the bicycle because the part connecting to the bicycle was only fixed with plastic straps. The plastic straps cannot support the entire pet trailer basket + the pet's weight, so we had to reluctantly find a rope from the pet basket to re-tie it to the bicycle.

Easy procedure; show QR code to the shop owner. Do take note that the road can be quite dangerous as it has many up and down slopes. Be aware of the surroundings and drive safely. I recommend to only book this experience if you are confident is riding the electric scooter otherwise walking around the area is nice too.

Just booked after, vouncher easy to use. The lady bikes are in good condition for the cyclable path, with a basket. Satisfied considering the cheapest prices of 350 ntd/bike announced in other stores (don't know if it is for the same bikes though)

The booking process was fast and response from vendor was responsive also. They were able to pick me up from the hotel which i stayed at Puli and drove up the meeting flight point mid mountain. Even though we had to wait for the wind to pick up, but when the wind came, the whole flight expereince was great. Instructor Liu was expereienced and we managed to fly to a high of 1,200 meters and whole flight took around 25 minutes. Saw a blurred far view of the Sun Lake Moon view (due to cloudy weather). We even flew to above the roads. The view of the mountain and wind in the air was great. Thank you Instructor Liew for a incredible flight experience for 1st timers like myself.

Experience was great! They picked/returned me up in KFC. Very accumodating people. Thank you! There is cafe/restaurant where you can eat while waiting to enought wind. Advice, dont eat too much before flying :D You can opt to use your own camera or use there go pro or maybe both.
