Pre-trip Information

• To ensure safety, the park only accommodates booked guests and does not receive visitors.
• Please bring your own baby and toddler supplies; dining chairs are provided in the park.
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in the park. Please go to the designated smoking area.
• Please drink responsibly. If any damage occurs, a cleaning fee and the cost of the damaged equipment will be charged.
• The earliest check-in time is "2:30 PM". Early arrivals will not be allowed to enter the park.
• Check-out time is "11:00 AM". A late check-out fee of NT$500/hour will be charged.
• All meals in the park are "self-service for picking up food" and "self-service for returning dishes and utensils."
• All meals provided by the park come with utensils. If you bring your own ingredients, please bring your own cooking utensils.
• The park only cooks the meals it provides and does not offer a cooking service!
• Afternoon tea is served from "3:30 PM to 4:30 PM" and will not be served after this time!
• Only refrigerated storage is provided, no freezer (ice is also sold, approximately 800g: NT$50).
• All tents in the park require climbing stairs. RVs do not require climbing stairs. All bathrooms are outside the rooms.
• The park provides "shampoo," "body wash," and "hair dryers." Other items need to be brought by guests.
• In response to environmental protection, bottled water is not provided. You can bring your own water bottle, and water dispensers are available.
• Drinking water is available at room temperature and hot.
• Eating is prohibited in the rooms, but drinking water is allowed. Please eat other food in the dining area.
• Insects are unavoidable in a natural environment. If you are afraid of mosquitoes, it is recommended to wear long pants and bring your own insect repellent.
• "Suitcases," "heels," and "baby/pet strollers" are strongly not recommended (the park has many gravel paths).
