The lobby is inviting, with a clean, modern design that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. The staff were extremely friendly, offering assistance in both English and Mandarin. They provided a thorough explanation of the amenities, meal times, and other useful information without it feeling overwhelming. I was also given complimentary refreshments as I waited—a thoughtful gesture after a long journey.

Definitely a must-stay selection when you are travelling to Kaohsiung! Strategically located (just in front of Kaohsiung LRT station), warm and perfect hospitality, and everything is new after their renovation. Their hotel and services definitely worth a 10!

Location was great. It's right by the Kaohsiung LRT stop so it's very easy to get by. Additionally, the place is in a very good location, immediately within the vicinity of Pier 2 art center. it was a lot of fun being able to run around the area in the morning, and walk around the shops at night. Very clean rooms as well, and a nice breakfast buffet selection. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
