There are a lot of snowboarders. The advantage of having fewer people is that the instructor can be there to block you in time in case of danger, and ski down the mountain with you. Although I went on the beginner green line at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, some parts of it were still very steep. If you can't make an S-turn, you'll just go straight down like a roller coaster, which is scary. I skied for 45 minutes while falling and learning. I think the experience is great, and I would highly recommend signing up for this tour, regardless of whether you want to develop skiing as a hobby in the future.

Excellent package for family. The place was amazing. The kids enjoyed the snow park. We have purcahsed the gold unit in which includes the meal and snow mobile tour, food buffet was very good and well prepared, the snow mobile tour a excellent experienced with amazing mountain view along the tour and the tour guide was so kind. I definitely will reccommend this package.

Booked a 6-hour (including 1-hour lunch) snowboarding lesson on Klook, and had Joanne as our instructor on the day, which was a fantastic experience! We took the class at the Kitano Mine ski resort, and the instructor was very patient, carefully pointing out the areas where we needed to pay attention to and improve our movements. She also gave us appropriate rest time when she saw that we were tired and took many beautiful photos for us! I would definitely recommend booking these courses and Joanne as your instructor to all skiing enthusiasts who are interested in skiing or want to improve their movements!

at first it a little bit confusing since not all the staff can speak english. but me and my husband had a very great time doing the private session with SOSO our instructor (yes, her name is SOSO). she teach us patiently, not wasting any single second so we can slide down the easy long slope twice with her (then we do 2more times by our own confidently). It's quite convenient. This time we stayed at the Tokyu REI Hotel, and every morning at 8:15, a bus would come to pick us up at the hotel. While waiting inside the hotel entrance, a staff member would come in holding a sign and call out names. Just show the QR code to confirm the name and number of people, and you can get on the bus. The bus drives to a bus stop very close to the ski resort entrance, first going to Olympia and then Highlands. In the afternoon, it departs from Highlands at 4:00 PM and arrives at Olympia at 4:10 PM. The staff on the bus will introduce the bus number, so it's best to remember it to avoid getting on the wrong bus. When you arrive at Olympia, go to the ticket window and show the QR code along with the full name of the person who made the reservation, and you can get your ski pass.
