A fantastic experience at Kobe Beef Steak SAKURA Teppanyaki! The restaurant itself was spacious and beautiful. The ingredients for the dinner were of high quality and prepared perfectly by our chef, James. He took the time to explain what we were eating that night as well as giving tips on the best way/order to eat in order to maximize the tasting experience. James was also very personable, engaging us in a light hearted conversation while maintaining his concentration in preparing our meal perfectly. We learned he lived in the same area we were from (Toronto, Ontario) a few years ago and that it was his birthday the day we dined at the restaurant. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in the art of sword forging. It will be a lifelong treasure, both in reality and in memory! 🔨 Instructor/Communication: No Japanese language skills are needed. The instructor uses translation software to explain and communicate throughout the process, ensuring you understand the sword forging procedures. The instructor is very kind and professional, providing ample emotional support, leaving you not only with a wealth of knowledge but also a strong sense of accomplishment. 🔨 Experience: You might notice that the shape of the sword we made differs from those of other visitors. This is because we emailed the instructor in advance to discuss the desired shape (we planned to make the handle ourselves at home). The instructor confirmed it was possible and prepared a customized sword blank for us on the day, also adding steps to create a blade pattern. Participating in the complete process and crafting the sword in our minds step by step was incredibly moving. (The above-mentioned additions to the itinerary were agreed upon with the instructor for an additional fee.) 🔨 Time: Because there were two of us, and we had an extra-cost itinerary, we spent about 7 hours there (including breaks). The instructor guides each group individually before moving on to the next, so if you come as a group, estimate that it may take a little longer than the time stated on the website.

Easy to use, just scan at the gate and skip the queue. The place is really cold and windy and once i scan the ticket, we all can go in. It is better inside as the wind is not that strong as outside. remember to buy your tickets earlier ar klook foe a hassle frew experience

Was contacted the day before the tour to confirm the meeting place and guide contact details. Driver was steady and careful and our friendly guide Iris took great care to make sure that everyone was accounted for and was very accommodating. Great experience!

Richard the guide was great and communicative. I'm grateful for his ability to switch between three languages. For a stress-free commute to Rokko Snow Park and Arima Onsen, choose this tour. This tour was quite fun with the options at the park, although I wish there was more time in the Arima Onsen area. With the hour you have, if you don't enjoy the onsen or the foot bathing area, try the soy milk/black bean ice cream, soy milk donuts, and egg pudding. Arima Onsen area has a lot to explore.

Tour Guide: Little Fu (tour guide) Experience: Sledding was fun, played several times, the speed was smooth and exciting; the timing of the connecting Arima Onsen schedule was just right, very convenient, not rushed or tiring, the time connection was smooth, the experience was relaxed, happy and satisfying.

trip from Osaka with 3 hour journey. 5 hours play at ski is enough as after few rounds of lift up slide down, it is getting tired for one day. winter wear and equipment is in good condition. staf is welling to help even not so fluent in English. a beginner slope is good for us

Transportation convenience: Approximately 5 minutes from the station. Cleanliness: The interior is really clean. Hotel location: Shops are nearby when you come out of the parking garage upstairs, and department stores and shopping malls are easily accessible further on.

This hotel is quite different from any I've stayed at before. It's located right on Kobe Harbor, and the hotel itself is shaped like a cruise ship. The rooms have balconies where you can step out and enjoy the harbor views. Our room faced the MOSAIC shopping mall, and next to it was a Ferris wheel that displayed various light patterns every night. We loved sitting and quietly enjoying the view when we came back to the hotel! The room was clean and spacious, and the toiletries are their own brand; if you like them, you can purchase them at the shop downstairs. In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious and varied breakfast. It's a buffet with plenty of Western and Japanese options. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, and I especially loved the made-to-order beef burgers and waffles. A nice touch was the fresh orange juice machine and the colorful donut display. In addition to having its own parking garage (parking is charged per night, and you can pay at the front desk when you check out), they also offer a free shuttle bus service between the hotel and downtown locations for travelers without a car. I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again!
