One of the best things to get when traveling around Taipei! Super convenient for the MRT, buses, and even some convenience store purchases. We traveled on the day Super Typhoon Bavi was affecting Taiwan, so we were very grateful that our Taiwan High Speed Rail trip still operated safely and wasn't canceled. It gave us peace of mind and allowed us to continue our travel plans without major disruptions. Booking through Klook was seamless, and redeeming our tickets was quick and easy. The train was clean, comfortable, spacious, and departed on time despite the weather. The stations were well organized with clear signs, making it easy for first-time visitors like us to navigate. very easy to book, bus brings you direct to airport from Hsinchu Bus station, available every hour. only 1 luggage allowed per person. we had to pay additional NT$200 for 2 extra cabin bags.

I've repurchased round-trip Ubus tickets between Taichung and Taoyuan Airport multiple times, and the price on the KLOOK platform is even better. Please check in at the station counter using the QR code to reserve your seat and bus schedule. At Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1, board at Platform 13. In Taichung, the bus stop is on Dazhi North Road, next to the TRA station. The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours.

If you arrive at Taipei Taoyuan Airport at night and clear immigration, the airport MRT will no longer be running. Taxis are quite expensive, costing over 60,000 won to get to the city center. However, you can take the Kuo-Kuang Bus for 5,000-6,000 won, and its final stop is Taipei Main Station. Buses depart every 20 minutes, so even if there's a long line, you'll only have to wait about 20 minutes before you can board. I bought a round-trip ticket on Klook, and when it was time to return, I just showed my ticket and boarded the bus directly.

Super convenient and highly recommended! Redeeming the Klook QR code at the Taoyuan Airport counter was fast and hassle-free. The bus is comfortable, has great AC, USB charging ports, and space for heavy luggage. The ride to the last station best part is that showing your ticket stub gets you a shuttle bus straight to Ximending! It saved us from dragging our bags through the MRT. Great value for money.

This 2-day transport fun pass is the most cost-effective option. It's more economical. It's easy to claim because you'll immediately see the Klook area on your left after exiting immigration. We only used it for areas that didn't require entrance fees, such as Jiufen, Shifen, Tamsui, Ximending, Liberty Square, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Daan Park, Shilin Market, Wufenpu, Raohe Market, Beitou Hot Spring, and many more. Just plan your itinerary to include places that don't require an entrance fee, and make sure the locations are close to each other so you can visit more spots. Start with the farthest destination and then work your way back to your area. Google Maps is a great help. Just avoid taking buses with 4-digit numbers. The MRT and about 6 tourist buses are allowed. This pass also includes one ride on the local train near Shifen... enjoy!
