- Commuter Train (Blue)

- Last train: 23:35 from Terminal 2 / 23:37 from Terminal 1
Luggage Information
- Luggage Size Limit: Each bag must not exceed a total of 220cm (length + width + height), and the longest side must be no more than 165cm

- This offer is not available for Taiwanese passport holders
- Children aged 0-5 can travel free of charge
SIM Card Purchase Limitation
- Each passenger can only redeem 1 SIM card with his or her own ID, and applications are limited to passengers aged 18+
- Passengers under the age of 18 are required to purchase separately at the official store of Chunghwa Telecom after entering the country
Additional information
- Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
- You will receive one token for a one-way physical ticket and two tokens for a round-trip physical ticket. Please do not mix them up with the one-day ticket, and be sure to use the same token for entry and exit
- The ticket/token must be retrieved when you exit your destination
- Loss of token will incur charges

- Please pay attention to the service hours of Ezfly MRT counter, T1: 07:00-23:00 / T2: 07:00-23:00
- Please confirm the items on the spot when picking up the SIM card. Please note that we are no longer responsible once you leave the counter
- Different usage environments will affect communication quality, and network speed will be affected by factors such as terrain, climate, building shelter, number of users, location, etc.
- If you have any problems when using the SIM card, you can call Chunghwa Telecom’s official customer service hotline: 0800-080-123
- You can top-up your SIM card at any Chunghwa Telecom counter or convenience store (e.g 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK Mart). Please keep in mind that the validity period of your SIM card will remain the same, regardless of your top-up amount. it will not be refunded. (The minimum top-up amount is TWD300)
- This SIM card supports frequencies: 900 MHz, 2600 MHz, 2100 MHz, 1800 MHz. The SIM card is a three-in-one card. The phone needs to support physical SIM card insertion and Not Supported SIM-locked device, GSM customized machines for China Telecom users

you can use this in airport express or airport commuter. single entry only. just place it in the circle sign, tap it then you will be able to pass. we bought roundtrip token. just follow the instructions to redeem
Booking thru klook was smooth and very convenient. Just had to show the QR code at right in front of the station at B1 of Terminal 1. Airport to Main Station was just around 40mins. Perfect for those with long layovers.

This is my second time in Taiwan so I already know where to redeem this. Redemption booth is on the way to the trains and it was very easy! Just show your passport and your booking in Klook. Suggest for you to buy the roundtrip tokens or the combo option with pre-loaded card.
very easy to use and convenient to just redeem. easy to find as it is near the train where you will board as well. no need to worry about going to and from the airport. very fast and helped us make it in time for check in.
We got into the wrong train. hahaha But it is always the best choice if you are arriving in taiwan around 6am to 11pm at the airport but since we arrived early morning, we have to wait until 7am for the ezfly to open. Would be nice if we can redeem the token at station machine so we can leave the airport on the 1st trip.

Easy to redeem at kiosk located just before the entrance to the MRT. Take note that the kiosk opens from 7am, so for those that kand early, you have to wait for a while. Express trains to Taipei Main Station takes less than 45min. Very convenient and ample luggage storage racks too. Fuss free purchase.
