Our ride on the Taiwan High Speed Rail from Chiayi to Taipei was an excellent experience from start to finish. The train departed right on time, and the entire journey felt incredibly smooth and efficient. The seats were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of legroom, making it easy to relax and enjoy the ride. We were especially impressed by how quiet and well-maintained everything was. The large windows gave us a nice view of Taiwan’s scenery as we sped north. What really stood out was how fast and convenient the trip was—what would normally take hours by car felt quick and stress-free. The staff were also polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable way to travel across Taiwan. Bought the EasyCard from Klook before arriving in Taiwan and it was super convenient. Picked it up easily at the airport and it worked straight away for MRT, buses, and even convenience stores. Very easy to use—just tap in and out, no need to worry about tickets. Also easy to top up whenever needed. Overall, really useful for getting around Taiwan and made transport much smoother. Would recommend getting it before your trip.

The ride was very convenient and it was easy to follow directions. It was value for money for the length of time needed to travel from Taoyuan Airport to the city. Everyone should get this.

The price for Terminal 1 flights is 177, and Terminal 2 is 171. When there's a Klook credit card partnership discount, buying this is cheaper than using a credit card. But if there's no discount, I recommend using a transit card as it's more cost-effective!

The Ubus (United Highway Bus) Taoyuan Airport to Taichung route tickets, which had disappeared for a while, are now available on KLOOK again, offering better prices than the official website or on-site ticket purchase. Redemption Instructions: Simply present the QR code at the ticket counter. The bus departs from Platform 13. Large luggage can be placed in the lower storage compartment. The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours to reach Taichung Train Station.

I bought this to come to Taipei for my trip to Singapore. Be careful, as hotel prices in Taiwan change based on market rates on weekends. Still, I got to see Shifen Waterfall, which I missed on my last visit to Taipei, so it was okay.

This 2-day transport fun pass is the most cost-effective option. It's more economical. It's easy to claim because you'll immediately see the Klook area on your left after exiting immigration. We only used it for areas that didn't require entrance fees, such as Jiufen, Shifen, Tamsui, Ximending, Liberty Square, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Daan Park, Shilin Market, Wufenpu, Raohe Market, Beitou Hot Spring, and many more. Just plan your itinerary to include places that don't require an entrance fee, and make sure the locations are close to each other so you can visit more spots. Start with the farthest destination and then work your way back to your area. Google Maps is a great help. Just avoid taking buses with 4-digit numbers. The MRT and about 6 tourist buses are allowed. This pass also includes one ride on the local train near Shifen... enjoy!
