This was my first time here, and my masseuse, number 15, was fantastic! I really liked her technique and pressure. I had purchased a voucher on Klook beforehand, and the experience was very relaxing. The environment was also very clean, and after the massage, there were some delicious cookies to enjoy. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet! 🙂

My Thai massage experience was incredibly relaxing. The therapist effectively relieved the tension in my shoulders, neck, and lower back through a combination of pressing, stretching, and muscle-soothing techniques. While some movements caused a bit of soreness during the massage, my body felt much lighter and more flexible afterward. The spa's environment was clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly, allowing me to fully unwind. It was a highly recommended stress-relief experience, and I would definitely return in the future.

The technique is excellent! I highly recommend stylist #17. I completely fell asleep during the shampoo, and my child also got a hair wash. 😊 We purchased an additional service on the spot. It's very family-friendly! 🥰 The interior is spacious and comfortable. Until the end of April, Taoyuan residents get a 25% discount, which is a great deal! I'll definitely consider coming back regularly for maintenance. 👍

She also regularly checked in to see if the pressure needed adjusting. 2. During the massage, when she worked on my upper back, my lower legs were covered with an electric blanket, and vice versa. This was a great touch and made the experience very comfortable. 3. Lockers with keys are provided, which adds to the sense of security. 4. I recommend everyone join their official Line account first. Booking appointments is very convenient. It's also easy to contact the owner if you need to change your appointment last minute. Thank you to the owner for helping me reschedule; I appreciate it. 5. Booking through Klook and simply scanning the e-voucher code on-site was very convenient.

This hotel is within walking distance of Laojie River Station (A22), the last stop on the Taoyuan Airport MRT. It's also close to the Zhongli Tourist Night Market. Although the facilities are a bit old, the atmosphere was calm and the cleaning was thorough. The front desk staff spoke very clear English. Since I had an early morning flight, I booked a taxi, and the fixed fare was 700 NTD.

Our stay this time was very satisfying. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and the front desk staff were still enthusiastic and efficient in helping us complete the check-in process, which made us feel very reassured after a long journey. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right near the hotel, so after checking in, we dropped off our luggage and went to buy a late-night snack, which was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy overall, and the environment was comfortable; our child slept very soundly. The hotel also provided breakfast the next morning, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy different tastes. Overall, whether it was the service, convenience, or accommodation quality, everything was satisfactory. It's a hotel worth recommending and staying at again.

The room was comfortable and bright, and the large bed easily accommodated two adults and one child. The three-part bathroom was very clean. The semi-open-air pool was both well-ventilated and shaded, so there was no need to worry about excessive sun exposure in the summer. There were diverse activities for children, and we had a very fulfilling two-day, one-night stay. Although the breakfast selection was a bit limited, it didn't detract from the overall experience. We'd love to stay here again!

The hotel offers many small activities, such as bingo, balloons, popcorn, and pirate hat DIY. We also happened to be there during the Dragon Boat Festival, so there was an egg-standing activity, which the children really enjoyed. All the staff members were very enthusiastic and friendly, and they proactively anticipated guests' needs. However, there were a few minor drawbacks. I stayed in room 335, and the showerhead in the bathroom ceiling was dripping, accidentally getting my clothes wet. There were very few electrical outlets in the room, and one of them was almost falling out. I thought there would be a feedback form to fill out after checking out, but there wasn't. Overall, though, it's still a good hotel.

Before this stay, I needed assistance with an order issue. I'm very grateful to the staff member who patiently understood the situation and actively helped resolve and communicate about it. Throughout the entire process, their attitude was very kind, professional, and empathetic, which greatly eased my initial worries. Although the order issue might not have been caused by the hotel, the staff member was still very willing to assist and tried their best to resolve it. This truly made me feel their customer-centric service spirit. I'd like to give this staff member a perfect score of 100. I hope the hotel can convey this appreciation to the frontline team.
