Taoyuan

Our stay this time was very satisfying. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and the front desk staff were still enthusiastic and efficient in helping us complete the check-in process, which made us feel very reassured after a long journey. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right near the hotel, so after checking in, we dropped off our luggage and went to buy a late-night snack, which was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy overall, and the environment was comfortable; our child slept very soundly. The hotel also provided breakfast the next morning, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy different tastes. Overall, whether it was the service, convenience, or accommodation quality, everything was satisfactory. It's a hotel worth recommending and staying at again.

Before this stay, I needed assistance with an order issue. I'm very grateful to the staff member who patiently understood the situation and actively helped resolve and communicate about it. Throughout the entire process, their attitude was very kind, professional, and empathetic, which greatly eased my initial worries. Although the order issue might not have been caused by the hotel, the staff member was still very willing to assist and tried their best to resolve it. This truly made me feel their customer-centric service spirit. I'd like to give this staff member a perfect score of 100. I hope the hotel can convey this appreciation to the frontline team. Thank you for your dedication and effort, and I look forward to staying again!

Malapit ito sa LaoJie River Station (A22), ang dulo ng Taoyuan Airport MRT, at lakad lang ang layo. Malapit din ito sa Zhongli Tourist Night Market. Bagama't luma na ang pasilidad, ito ay tahimik at malinis. Ang mga staff sa front desk ay nakikipag-usap sa napakalinaw na Ingles. Dahil sa maagang flight, nag-book ako ng taxi at ang fixed rate ay 700 NTD.

The hotel offers many small activities, such as bingo, balloons, popcorn, and pirate hat DIY. We also happened to be there during the Dragon Boat Festival, so there was an egg-standing activity, which the children really enjoyed. All the staff members were very enthusiastic and friendly, and they proactively anticipated guests' needs. However, there were a few minor drawbacks. I stayed in room 335, and the showerhead in the bathroom ceiling was dripping, accidentally getting my clothes wet. There were very few electrical outlets in the room, and one of them was almost falling out. I thought there would be a feedback form to fill out after checking out, but there wasn't. Overall, though, it's still a good hotel.

room is not bad but location is far from city area, would not recommend for people who wants to explore the city taoyuan area. Hotel is quite clean but do note if you book with windows you would still need to email them and let them know you want window! Walls are quite thin hence not recommended for light sleepers.

Ang kuwarto ay komportable at maliwanag, at ang kama ay napakalaki kaya't ang dalawang matanda at isang bata ay hindi siksikan. Ang banyo ay malinis at may tatlong magkakahiwalay na bahagi. Ang semi-open na swimming pool ay mahangin at may panangga sa araw, kaya hindi kailangang mag-alala tungkol sa sobrang pagkabilad sa araw tuwing tag-init. Maraming aktibidad para sa mga bata, at ang dalawang araw at isang gabi ay napuno ng saya. Bagama't medyo kakaunti ang uri ng almusal, hindi ito nakabawas sa ganda ng karanasan. Gusto naming bumalik at manatili muli sa susunod!

hotel location: near parks for outdoor activities or just walking. it also helps that it is near Xpark and even an outlet so you can go shopping. cleanliness: very clean and well maintained. breakfast: buffet breakfast has very good variety serving western and Asian dishes. service: satisfying and even has a room for laundry and business center. they even have a robot to bring up goods.

I really, really appreciate the room upgrade we got in this hotel. It's not only very near the TRA station but also near food places, near shopping places, and walking distance from the airport bus. The hotel ambiance is really superb, the lobby very, very spacious with lots of area to chill out or just have a nice chat. However, who needs it if the room itself is to-die for a staycation. Since our flight is at 10am and we have to catch the 7:55 bus to the airport, I woke up at 4am before check-out so that I can use the bathtub! Thanks, City Suites! I will be back because I need to explore Taoyuan area more!

The location is great, with many dining options nearby and close to department stores. The lobby has a cool internet cafe vibe. The room isn't very big, but it has everything you need, including two computers. It's a shame that many games aren't unlocked, so you have to figure that out yourself. The breakfast with its special main course is quite unique and pretty good.
