Taoyuan

রুমটি আরামদায়ক এবং উজ্জ্বল ছিল, বিছানাটি এত বড় ছিল যে দুজন প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক এবং একটি শিশু অনায়াসে থাকতে পারে। বাথরুমের তিনটি অংশ খুব পরিষ্কারভাবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা হয়েছিল। সুইমিং পুলটি আধা-খোলা হওয়ায় এটি বাতাসযুক্ত এবং ছায়াযুক্ত ছিল, তাই গ্রীষ্মকালে অতিরিক্ত রোদে পোড়ার চিন্তা ছিল না। শিশুদের জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের কার্যকলাপ ছিল, এবং দুই রাত-এক দিনের ভ্রমণটি খুব পরিপূর্ণ ছিল। যদিও সকালের নাস্তার পদ কিছুটা কম ছিল, তবুও এটি সামগ্রিকভাবে চমৎকার ছিল এবং আমরা পরের বারও এখানে থাকতে চাই।

This hotel is within walking distance of Laojie River Station (A22), the last stop on the Taoyuan Airport MRT. It's also close to the Zhongli Tourist Night Market. Although the facilities are a bit old, the atmosphere was calm and the cleaning was thorough. The front desk staff spoke very clear English. Since I had an early morning flight, I booked a taxi, and the fixed fare was 700 NTD.

Our stay this time was very satisfying. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and the front desk staff were still enthusiastic and efficient in helping us complete the check-in process, which made us feel very reassured after a long journey. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right near the hotel, so after checking in, we dropped off our luggage and went to buy a late-night snack, which was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy overall, and the environment was comfortable; our child slept very soundly. The hotel also provided breakfast the next morning, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy different tastes. Overall, whether it was the service, convenience, or accommodation quality, everything was satisfactory. It's a hotel worth recommending and staying at again.

Before this stay, I needed assistance with an order issue. I'm very grateful to the staff member who patiently understood the situation and actively helped resolve and communicate about it. Throughout the entire process, their attitude was very kind, professional, and empathetic, which greatly eased my initial worries. Although the order issue might not have been caused by the hotel, the staff member was still very willing to assist and tried their best to resolve it. This truly made me feel their customer-centric service spirit. I'd like to give this staff member a perfect score of 100. I hope the hotel can convey this appreciation to the frontline team. Thank you for your dedication and effort, and I look forward to staying again!

Hotel is very convenient, 10 mins walk from train station and near the SOGO. Many food varieties around the establishment. Staffs are very polite and foreigner friendly. Unlimited snacks and drinks are really worth it specially the breakfast.You really get what your money is worth. Internet and pc are fast (just wish for an option to change it to english) overall 10/10

I really, really appreciate the room upgrade we got in this hotel. It's not only very near the TRA station but also near food places, near shopping places, and walking distance from the airport bus. The hotel ambiance is really superb, the lobby very, very spacious with lots of area to chill out or just have a nice chat. However, who needs it if the room itself is to-die for a staycation. Since our flight is at 10am and we have to catch the 7:55 bus to the airport, I woke up at 4am before check-out so that I can use the bathtub! Thanks, City Suites! I will be back because I need to explore Taoyuan area more!

হোটেলের ছোট ছোট অনেক কার্যকলাপ ছিল, যেমন বিঙ্গো, বেলুন, পপকর্ন, জলদস্যু টুপি তৈরি (DIY)। আর ঠিক ড্রাগন বোট ফেস্টিভ্যাল (দুর্গাপূজা) চলার কারণে ডিম দাঁড় করানোর একটি অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল, যা দেখে বাচ্চারা খুব খুশি হয়েছিল। কর্মীরা সবাই খুব উৎসাহী এবং বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ ছিলেন, এবং তারা অতিথিদের প্রয়োজন সম্পর্কে সক্রিয়ভাবে খেয়াল রাখছিলেন। তবে কিছু ছোটখাটো ত্রুটিও ছিল। আমি 335 নম্বর রুমে ছিলাম, ঝরনার সিলিং থেকে জল পড়ছিল, যার ফলে আমার কাপড় ভিজে গিয়েছিল। রুমের মধ্যে সকেট খুব কম ছিল, এবং একটি সকেট প্রায় খুলে আসছিল। আমি ভেবেছিলাম চেক-আউটের পর একটি মতামত ফর্ম পূরণ করার সুযোগ পাব, কিন্তু সেটিও ছিল না। তবে সব মিলিয়ে এটি একটি ভালো হোটেল।

The room is old. You must check the room door and the hairdryer. The first time I stayed, there was a bathtub, but the second time there wasn't. For an older hotel, there are quite a few breakfast options. Including hot and cold drinks from the refrigerator, there should be about ten choices. There are also cheese slices and ham slices, dinner rolls, butter rolls, garlic rolls, cream rolls, cream puffs, savory dishes, congee, toast, and fruit.

Our family of two adults and two children, including a baby, chose this room type so we could sleep separately from the person driving the next day and the baby. (Upon entering, there's a suite with a bathroom and bathtub, and next to it, a sensor-activated door leads to another room with two queen beds and a bathroom.) Both rooms have TVs, which is absolutely fantastic! You can park your car right downstairs, walk up to your room to relax, and not disturb each other. After staying here, you'll truly miss it and want to come back again! The breakfast is also delicious! There are many restaurants and convenience stores just outside the hotel. I personally found it incredibly baby-friendly and super convenient! The hotel also provides a baby bathtub and a crib (a playpen to keep the baby from crawling around), as well as purified water for making formula. I absolutely love this place; the TV sound system is even surround sound, so you can practically watch movies and binge-watch shows with the kids right in the hotel. The hotel also offers KTV room types, which I definitely want to try next time!
