I had an incredible experience on the Alishan Day Tour booked via Klook in January 2026. The entire process was smooth from booking to the tour day. The pickup was punctual, and the tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history and beauty of Alishan. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, especially the sunrise view from the summit — a highlight of the trip! The train ride through the lush forests and the iconic Giant Tree were unforgettable moments. The weather in January was chilly but clear, perfect for sightseeing and photography. The tour included comfortable transportation, well-organized stops, and enough free time to explore each site. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to experience the natural wonders of Alishan with convenience and expert guidance.

We were very happy to have Dunken as our guide for the day tour to sun moon lake and Qing jing farm, wish we would give more stars for the tour guide. He was very jovial, fun and polite. He also help us and our fellow travellers to take wonderful photographs. We had a wonderful time and everything was well planned and according to schedule. Will highly recommend this tour especially with Dunken as your guide.

This tour is very laid back and relaxing. Our tour guide, Cindy, is very approachable, kind and knowledgeable. She even has pictures to show on the bus about the different places that will be visited. She is also funny and easy to talk too. I hope to go on this tour again and hope Cindy will be our tour guide again. Very happy that I booked this tour. Such a break from the bustling city of Taipei.

Our Gaomei tour with York was a wonderful experience. While our original date had to be rescheduled due to low participant numbers, the tour itself exceeded our expectations. York was an excellent guide, and overall it was truly worth the experience.

it was a really fun experience !! my tour guide 沙沙 was really nice and recommended lots of things and places to visit in taiwan. the tour was fun and well planned. i really recommend this for solo travellers as i got to make new friends and meet new people whom i made great memories with !!

We had an enjoyable day with our tour, and special shout out to Kevin our tour leader driver. He's friendly and helpful, great driver. Very punctual too. The tour takes the full day and there's fair bit of walk. So be prepared for that. The scenery is beautiful and the walk is easy to moderate difficulty. All the trail is paved or steps.

Highly recommend to everyone who wants to experience something special and the most beautiful! And our tour guide Wilson was such a perfect explaining tour guide and additionally our driver which took care of us all! Thank you so much!

I thought the tour was great! Many different stops along the way. There were times it was a bit confusing where our next location would be and how much money was required for the extra activities. I knew there would be extra charges, but it seemed high and other tours have been a bit more transparent about what costs would be. We needed 350 extra for the bikes, and 300 extra for the boat tour, which wasn't clear until right when we paid. The Gaomei wetlands were beautiful, it would have been nice to stay just a bit longer to finish the sunset but that's kind of hour tours go. Overall, it had lots of stops and was very convenient, but communication about the charges in advance would have been better! The timing of the tour was great and the locations were so beautiful, the most fun part probably being the bike ride. Would definitely go again!

This experience was one for the books. 😁 we really had fun and we had a great time, from Zong She Flower Farm to Lihpao Outlet Mall and National Chung Cheng University. ❤️ Peter our tour guide and driver is good photograper, he really takes good pictures and has an eye for angles. 📸 He drove for almost 5 hours with just a bladder break in between and yet we felt safe and almost all of us were sleeping on our way back to Taipei. 🙂
